Possibly the best robot vacuum at this price range
If you're looking for a robot vacuum with higher-end features at a reasonable price, this could be the one for you.If you've shopped robot vacuums you know that there are 4 basic navigation types: Random/bounce, gyro-infrared, VSLAM, and LIDAR. Of the 4, LIDAR is currently the best (although VSLAM is evolving and will likely eventually surpass even LIDAR). For the time being, however, LIDAR is the most precise, quickest to map, and least likely to miss an area. Most LIDAR vacuums will run you $350 or more. The Tesvor S6, however, comes in around $250 if they are running a coupon, which is very reasonable, and the best price on a LIDAR vacuum that I've seen. After having this one for a month now here's what I've found:Pros:1) Excellent mapping ability--makes nice clean rows, picks up where it left off, doesn't miss those narrow hallways or hidden areas behind furniture.2) Gentle on the furniture and baseboards. In addition to having LIDAR it also has numerous infrared sensors and it slows itself down when getting close to any solid object so if it touches anything, it does so gently.3) Anti-fall sensors work perfectly on my medium beige carpets. I allow this to vacuum around the top of my stairs and it goes right to the edge, but never falls off.4) Rarely gets itself stuck due to it's excellent pathfinding. But if it does get stuck on something, it's smart enough to turn off its motor and call for help, rather than burn its motor out trying to escape.5) 0.6 L dustbin is a good size--can vacuum my 1000 sq/ft of carpet without having to empty the bin.6) Suction power is superior--2700 Pa is significantly better than the 1800-2000 that many vacuums come with. I had another robot vacuum that came in at 2200 Pa, and going to this one was a small but noticeable step up in terms of cleaning ability.7) Dual side brushes and a roller brush means this cleans on hardwood floors better than single-side-brush models.Cons:1) The app is a little buggy at times--connecting to my phone took 20 minutes even though I followed the directions precisely every time. I repeated my same steps 5 times in a row, and finally on the 5th attempt it worked. I didn't do anything differently, it just took 5 tries before it worked (they did just update the app though, so perhaps this won't be an issue for others like it was for me).2) only works on 2.4 g wifi. Most people have a dual-band router, so no big deal, but something to be aware of if you run your household on purely 5g.That's it. I've been very pleased with this vacuum and honestly am considering buying a second one so I can run one upstairs and one downstairs simultaneously.

Good robot suction, Weback app is outdated, contact customer support
New review as of 1/6/2023:This robot from this Amazon listing uses the WeBack app, which is slow and outdated. The recent few app updates rendered the map in the app useless and wouldn't appear. I reconnected it, reinstalled it, did everything you can imagine, then eventually contacted Tesvor customer support. They sent me a video and files to download to install to the robot to a newer version that would allow it to use the Tesvor App instead of the WeBack app. Follow the instructions (fairly easy), and the robot will be updated to newer firmware and allow it to use the newer app. This made the product EVEN BETTER!! The app is a million times better and faster than the WeBack app, and the robot seems to be cleaning better and bumping into less objects/walls that the lidar sensor picks up. The map and robot path loads nearly instantly.I searched this same model on Amazon and it looks like they have a newer listing of the same S6 model, but it points users to the Tesvor App. I'm guessing Tesvor did a revision change or label change on the newer listing that pointed users to the Tesvor App instead of the WeBack app. The robot purchased on this older listing will not work with the Tesvor app unless you follow the steps to update it from customer support.Original Review:The robot lidar sensor is a must have for mapping. Robot sucks up all hair, dust, and most cat litter. It's easy to clean. Battery could be better, but running and letting it charge between vacuuming is no big deal unless you're attempting to vacuum a LARGE floor. It works best on hard floor, or VERY low pile carpeting. The bad..Horrible app. It's been recently deleting the saved map by itself. Sometimes when I open the app up, the map shifts OR the restricted zones/lines shift across the entire map. The app takes forever to update as well. The robot sometimes will run into it's home base, other times it'll decide to go around it.Also, mainly on the low pile carpet, the robot will bump into a wall/flat surface furniture (not sure why if the lidar sensor see's it already, why not just get close then turn?) it sometimes gets stuck because it doesn't attempt to back up to let the bumper spring back out. This unit can haul across my carpet, so why is it only when it bumps into a wall, it thinks it can't back up? Just back up. But I guess this is coded into the firmware/app that there's a threshold to prevent it from just staying on in case it actually is stuck. Also, when I first got it, the walls it mapped out were smooth on the app. After a few updates, the walls it maps out now have jagged edges at a certain distance, so it looks like the wall shifts 2" or so on the map. I can't tell if the lidar sensor spinning on the top is out of tolerance or what. While the vacuum part itself is good, the app renders it almost brain dead, therefore it becomes a hassle to use, I can't schedule it consistently, and I feel like I have to babysit it which defeats the purpose of having it run when I'm working/away or just wanting to relax and let it vacuum.I have a lot of dog/cat hair and I work extra hours, so I want something to alleviate a couple chores, and this product isn't that.I would suggest to look elsewhere and read up on reviews of their apps. I can't recommend this product until they fix the app. I wish I could return it.

Solid device, could be made better by a few software tweaks.
Edit:The new device no longer works. It will not connect to wifi and does not broadcast it's setup wifi so it can be configured. Two devices in 3 months have now stopped working.Edit:We have had it for a month and the top sensor has stopped spinning. Contacted support. Let's see how they handle it. If they handle it well. I'll bump the stars back up.Edit 2:After several emails back and forth support said they are sending a new unit. A little delay with emails because of time zone and a little bit of a language barrier but support was helpful so far. Let's see how the rma process goes.Edit 3:They sent me a new device and a return label. Support to slow (day delay between emails) but helping resolving the issue. We have only had it for a few days, but it did well mapping the home. Noise level is much better than my older Roomba. We were able to watch TV while it cleaned . Note on setup: We do have 2.4 and 5ghz with the same SSUD so I needed to temporarily disabled 5ghz while I setup the device. After setup you can turn 5ghz back on.After the initial clean it was fairly easy to add some restrictions and no-go lines on the map. I did run into the limits for the number of each. It would be nice to have more so you can tell it to no bother with all the places that it will get stuck or it can't clean.Schedule worked great. I cleaned the whole house (except rooms with doors closed) and went back home with no issues. I do wish I could also program a zone clean (kitchen) each day along with a full clean a few times a week.Cleaning was very easy and I liked that the entire dust bin could be cleaned with water.Overall the device seems pretty solid and my only complaints are a few software updates that I feel would be relatively easy to rollout.

Saubere Saug und Wischleistung!
Super schnelle Lieferung.
