Wasnt super pleased with this one. Mixed well but fell to bottom of glass if not chugged within 10 minutes. Had a sweeter side taste to it and gave me the cha chas.

Ordered to help me sleep
I had been using magnesium Bis-Glycinate to help me sleep but could not find the brand I had. I ordered this to give it a try. I used this for 2 weeks but it did not at all help me fall asleep. I ended up returning this since it did not work for me.
