Great diaper bag that doesn't scream "mom"
Overall, I would buy this bag again. Like many, I got tired of carrying around a regular diaper bag and wanted something that looked more like a purse which was a big factor in buying this bag. I'm not a huge "style" person but for moms who just want something that doesn't scream "mom", this is a great bag for that. I've had it for a couple months and haven't had any issues. I don't have to switch between a purse and a diaper bag anymore which is a big plus for me.Pros:- Pockets on the outside. I use the insulated pockets for sippy cups, water bottles etc. The two front pockets are great for burp cloths or anything I need easy access to. The cell phone pocket fits all of my non-baby items: cell phone, keys, Chapstick, pen, travel lotion...and I could fit a few more things in there if needed. It is in a convenient location, especially when I have the messenger strap on.- Design. This bag looks like a purse and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. It isn't too fancy for those casual days but looks more dressy when you just hold it by the handles. It's organized well and the pockets on the outside are perfect for all the easy access things that you want. The outside fabric is sturdy and the inside fabric is okay, nothing special about it. The feet on the bottom are great too because the bag doesn't slouch. I don't have it completely full and the bag stays upright and keeps its structure which is nice.- Messenger strap. My biggest issue with my old diaper bag was that it didn't have a messenger strap. This feature alone has made it worth it for me because I can have two free hands now. The strap is adjustable but doesn't have any type of built in cushion, which doesn't bug me. The purse straps I use when I don't have baby. Like other people have said, the purse straps aren't really meant to go over your shoulder but I am able to carry it that way.Cons:- Four inside pockets. Like other people have said, I wish they were cinched pockets or had some type of closure. If you fill them up, you lose a lot if space in the main compartment because they hang a little with the weight of stuff in them.- Width. I actually wish the bag was a little bit wider. The bag fits diapers, wipes, extra clothes, my wallet, etc but I don't put a lot of stuff in the four inside pockets so to give myself more space in the main compartment. I have a toddler now and baby #2 on the way. I haven't filled all of the bag or pockets so it's big enough but I think an inch or so more width would help with navigating in the bag.- Weight. Overall, the bag is heavier than my old one but since this is designed more like a purse, I was sort of expecting this with the outside fabric used and extra detailing. My bag is half full probably and it can be heavy carrying it for a long period of time, even as a messenger bag. Again, not a huge issue that would deter me from buying it but it's worth mentioning if you're used to carrying around a light weight diaper bag.

Love this! Wish I had it for the first kid
I'm on my second baby and third diaper bag and this, by far, is the best one.I *love* that it's a backpack. My other two were a tote and messenger style and the backpack is the way to go. Much easier on the shoulders and back leaving your arms free. Best yet, you weight is balanced. Previously, I had a hard time carrying my baby AND the diaper bag because the weight distribution wasn't even. Now I don't have to worry, just strap on the bag, lift up my baby and I'm ready to go. Oh, and did I mention that straps are padded so nothing is digging too hard into you.The bag is roomy. I've got the changing pad, wipes, diapers, change of clothes, snacks, water bottles, toys, wallet, keys, various knick-knacks and still plenty of room for more!Another great thing, the stroller straps! My previous diaper bag had straps but they were inconvenient. These straps are perfect, I can't get over how much I love them. They hold the bag at the exact right height so that everything is easily accessible. I took my children out to a day at our local science museum and I couldn't get over how easy it was and get things in and out of the bag. I liked it so much, I took a picture of it.The bad things? There aren't really any. I'm petite (5 foot exactly) and I worried it would be so big and look dorky on me. And it does look big but you know what? I don't care if it is dorky or not. I've got kids, I've got gear, this bag is huge but I need it to be huge. Best yet, because it's not girlish or kiddie looking, my husband doesn't put up much of a fight when he has to hold it for any length of time.Love this bag! Wish I had it for the first kid.

A great bag with lots of room
I've used this bag for nine months now with my first born and I love it.The Pros:- lots of exterior pockets for "mommy" items. there are two pockets with a magnetic button clasp under the folded over zipper pouch. I keep hygiene items, a small travel deodorant, a bleach pen, lip balm, spare mascara, and other small things that would normally go in my purse in them. The zipper pouch is huge, the entire size of the bag, this is where I stow my wallet, coupons, and misc paper items; and there is a small zipper cell phone pouch. There are also two pouches on the sides for bottles, and a pouch that holds the diaper pad.- the stroller straps are amazing and I use them where ever we go whether on a stroller, or the shopping cart.- the diaper bag looks stylish and is as pictured and described.- there are four large pockets inside the bag. I tend to loose the most items in these pockets because they are so large. I keep about four size 3 diapers and wipes in one, medicine, butt paste, and band aids in another, a spare outfit folded in another, and whatever else happens to go in the last like keys, sunglasses, or lip chap.- the inside of the bag is very large. Along with everything in the four pouches, I keep four or five toys, a light weight blanket, a travel container with formula and baby puffs, baby food, and there is plenty of room for more. My husband usually likes to dump his crap in there too, but that could be a con!The Cons:- I really dint have many, the bag is fabulous.- there could be closures on the inside pockets, but that's nit picking.I got this bag for $65 on amazon, not the $100 many women paid for. Perhaps the steeper price influenced their ratings. However, at the reduced price, it reflects what you expect to get. Currently, Amazon is selling the bag for $70 and I think that's a fair price.

This bag is amazing for every day use
This bag is amazing for every day use, parties, and fancier outings. Makes me feel Mama-Chic, because I do pride myself in being a prepared mom but I also enjoy dressing up and looking good.I've been looking for a bag that I can bring to parties, weddings, or just going to a fancy restaurant that could easily go with my outfit so I wouldn't have to bring a purse plus a baby bag or choose between one or the other. This is actually my first official baby bag that I invested in, with my first born I primarily used the free bag that Nestle sends in the mail and for quick outings it worked great. But for longer trips or a day out I just used a back pack or a small duffle bag, during the winter we used a yoga bag just so we could throw our parkas in it.The handles and flap part of the bag is made of a faux leather material where the rest of the bag is a durable nylon back pack type of material and it doesn't take away from the style of the bag. It's not cheap or flimsy but very sturdy and easy to clean with a cloth. The gold accents are a nice touch to make it less 'baby bag'. The zippers open and close smoothly without fuss and are larger than average to help close around an over stuffed bag. The front pockets close with magnetic buttons. The back pocket mainly holds the change mat and flatter items such as a tablet or phones, but I just use it for the change mat. The change mat comes with a small Velcro closure and is pretty standard, nothing fancy and nothing to complain about.Pros : This bag has so many pockets and separate compartments that I can truly stay organized. I use the large front flap pocket for my oversized wallet and small make up kit.The small pocket behind the flap is for my keys and cell phone which makes life so much easier since its easy access.I keep my coupon book in one of the front pockets and the other front pocket is for my husbands wallet, if he's with me, otherwise its just to dump things quickly into like receipts my debit or cash.I absolutely love the fact that it has two pockets on either side for bottles, since my son doesn't use bottles its perfect for his water bottle and even my own 27oz water bottle. Again both easily accessible without having to worry about it spilling or falling out which was the problem I had before. The middle/main section of the bag is fairly roomy with 4 pockets inside to help with the organization. One pocket held his diapers, another for his wipes, the third for his diaper cream, medicine and thermometer (he was just getting over a cold) and the fourth held extra outfits. I was able to put a full container of his snacks in the middle without an issue. With it being so organized I just kept the bag on my shoulder with it open and changed my son in a public bathroom with no problem of having to put the bag down, or dig around the bag for lost items. With all that inside there was still plenty of room to pile more stuff on top of it when needed.Throughout one outing he had a really nice cup from a restaurant that I took with me so I was able to throw my large water bottle in the middle compartment of the bag without trouble closing it and still have some extra room, and the new cup went into the side bottle holder, it was nice and snug it didn't move at all.Cons: If the bag is full it can get heavy to carry on your shoulder, for me the weight mainly came from all the liquid I was carrying around lol the strap did dig in a little bit but it helped to alternate with carrying it by the handles. If over packed it can get tight for the middle compartment but not so tight that you have to completely unpack everything.I thought I would've liked to have the straps detachable but it worked out that it stays attached because I kept alternating how I would carried it but it would've been nice to have a pocket to tuck it into but it did stay nicely in between the two handles while carrying it.The cons aren't really anything that would make me return this bag, again this bag is mainly used for my daily outings or to a party, if we were going for a long drive or to the beach or something I would still use a duffle bag or something bigger that I could throw more 'just in case' items into. With this bag I put my main necessities and items I KNOW I will be using and its absolutely perfect for it. I don't have to sacrifice my sense of fashion by using a more practical bag or sacrifice what I bring just so I can use a cuter purse. My biggest deal breaker for this bag though was the price. At BabiesRUs it was $144.00. there was a 20% off sale making it $116, on Amazon.ca its original price is $140, with 20% off making it $111.00. For myself I was still on the fence to spend over $100 on a bag on a tight budget but in the end I ordered it on Amazon.ca on Prime Day with an additional 30% off so I got the bag for $80 after taxes and it arrived 2 days earlier in beautiful condition. After showing it to my husband at the store even he agreed I buy it on Amazon for $111 but Prime Day sealed the deal with the 30% off deal. Absolutely no regrets with this purchase.

A changing bag nice enough to be a handbag
Finally, a baby changing bag that is as nice as a handbag! This bag is perfect for all your baby’s stuff and has enough separate compartments that it doubles as a handbag. The fabric and quality are excellent and it is so comfortable to carry. I definitely recommend this if like me, you want a changing bag that looks more like a handbag.

Great Purchase
I first seen this Skip Hop bag at the BuyBuyBaby store in person and it retailed for $139.00 which would have been a lot more expensive after tax, after doing some searching I found out that it was only sold for $92.00 here after tax which is amazing! I'm so glad I purchased from Amazon and saved some money. This is my first time ordering from them and I ordered this bag on Friday and it was here by Monday, very pleased with how fast shipping was! The bag itself is very lightweight and seems very durable. The zippers slide open easily without having to struggle with them. I read some other purchasers had trouble with the straps staying on your back but i have no trouble keeping it on, seems perfectly fine to me. The drawstring is very secure when it comes to keeping the bag pulled closed. I will say that the clip to secure the top flap down was not thought out well, you can struggle a bit when trying to clip it down so I probably won't be using that part much especially if you always need to go in and out of the bag, just makes it more of a hassle. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to start using it full time when my baby arrives in May! This will not be my only diaper bag so it'll probably last me longer than expected.

Good quality - not entirely what i expected
This bag is very cute and well made, I will give them the points for style and quality. However, the gold is very yellow - much more yellow than the pictures depict and smaller than I thought it would be. It works for a diaper bag for me for now as I am having my first child soon but as I have more children, I will probably need to upgrade to a bigger bag. It looks adorable attached to my stroller and is a stylish bag if you're looking for something that doesn't scream "diaper bag".Is it worth $90? Probably not if i'm being honest but if you are good with spending that much, it is a good quality bag.

Great bag. Good price.
I bought this because I was desperate for a larger more comfortable bag and the reviews on this were positive. This bag is larger on me than expected (I am smaller than the model of course) but that is no issue. It is great so far. The side pockets are a bit tight and tall for supply cups (they go in but don't want to come out) but great for slim water bottles. That and the fact that it can't just be tossed in the wash are the only pitfalls really but most bags don't go in the wash either so it's irrelevant really.I give it 5 because it stood up to all my expectations (except the cups in the side pocket) and because it was available for prime shipping which was very convenient as I a long time on foot looking for a good bag in stores at a decent price and then found this and had it the next day at my door.
