Leviton 42" Structured Media Center, Trim Ring Accessory, Wireless, 49605-42T

I almost didn't install this. It makes the door protrude another 1/2" or so, which is really the only downside. It would have been nice if this trim piece was a lower profile to keep the door closer to the wall, but I'm no plastics expert so maybe it's as small as it can get without compromising too much rigidity. You could probably spackle, sand, and paint the edges of your cutout and go without the trim piece, I opted to just install the trim and hide the rough drywall.

This isn't really a trim ring. It is a stand off for the cover. The flanges you attached the enclosure to the wall don't get covered as shown in the photos in another review. This just really makes the cover stick out from the wall a little. The only REAL advantage might be that you gain an extra 1/2" in enclosure depth.

Does a good job of filling in the depth for the drywall you remove to install the cabinet. My biggest complaint is that this “trim” item should also have a flange to cover the cut outs needed for the cabinet mounting tabs.
