Maxpedition Aggressor Storage Solution...PERFECT
I want to thank you Amazon.com Customer Service Rep Kim G.Did you know if you were in the market to buy something but did not find all the answers, Customer Service (United States Side) is AWESOME!!And can help you while you are looking online to see what Other Options are available for the Item you are shopping for. She helped me not wait 6-8 months for this bag by finding another seller.I ordered it March 5th and it was just delivered yesterday...March 14th.. I could not even be mad at that.it was estimated to be delivered March 15th to 18th.I will first say for all of the reviewers that felt this bag was too big (I apologize for the size of your hands...lol) But seriously I have been a Maxpedition Addict for over 10 years.Started with my first Maxpedition M2 pack just to carry some small items.Next was the Maxpedition Fatboy and 2 Tac Tile 3" to attach my second M2.(Was and is my go to when I do not want to Carry Concealed with IWB; this is the perfect solution. Will hold full frame SemiAuto Berretta/Taurus 3 1/2" barrel)My last big purchase was Maxpedition Monsoon Gearslinger, Black with 2 TacTile 3" to attach my second M2(Not a bad bag for a quick trip if you are packing light. Just hard to manage some of the Electronics 17" laptop, Tablet, wires etc)Now I will say with the evolution of EDC and YouTube with all of the videos of what would be worth carrying.THAT WAS THE STRAW THE BROKE THE EDC ADDICTS BACK.and for my birthday my wife and family know how bad I wanted the right bag,I have added photos when I got the bag loaded and carried it for the first time this morning and I actually feel like an adult with a plan.Things I Love about the Aggressor.CONTENT REVIEWDell Latitude E5550, power Supply and Wired Dell MouseFRONT VERTICAL POUCH -Maxpedition E.D.C. This may be the perfect day to do it.

Typical Max--well made, well thought out.
I have the Operator from Max and wanted a bigger bag for my MacBook Pro. The Aggressor certainly filled the bill for that and then some. Typical Maxpedition quality, meaning very well made. Nylon is ultra-tough, stitching is very, very good and most threads are trimmed appropriately. I say that because any nylon bag exhibits some threads that aren't trimmed absolutely perfectly, but I'm a stickler for that (pet peeve of mine) so I spent about 20 minutes with a small lighter and the threads NOW pass my inspection! This bag isn't *huge* per se, but it is approaching about as big as you'd like to carry when loaded. I could easily put in my MacBook Pro (15.4 inch model), all cords, all my business papers and not make a dent in this bag, so consider how large it is when you're stuffing it; it'll hold more than you'll appreciate on your shoulder in the airport. One big note to all of you road warriors out there...this bag *barely* and I do mean barely, fits in the overheads in the little regional jets so popular today. You may get it underfloor easier, but if you do choose to use the overheads in the little jets, it takes a minute to position it just so and into the bin correctly. Anything from an MD-80 and bigger, you're fine.Only gripe on this bag is Maxpedition's *cheaping out* on the shoulder strap; they use plastic attachment clips and I'll warn you in advance: they DO squeak when the bag is loaded. Why on a bag this well thought-out they chose to use plastic in lieu of metal, well, I'm sure a bean counter was involved *somewhere*. I haven't broken one yet and have never heard of one breaking, but if you're a purist, you may want to invest in an aftermarket strap, such as the excellent ones from Victorinox. Other than that minor quibble, I'm totally impressed with the Aggressor.

Great quality/workmanship, but not for a computer
I'm giving this bag 4 stars, even though I'm returning it. I've nothing but good things to say about the bag itself. It just does not do what I need it to do, what it was recommended to me for, and what the description suggests it is useful for.The bag is very well made, well laid out and has lots of storage. Perfect for carrying a laptop and all of the assorted peripherals you can think of. And then some. Except for one thing. There's no secure, cushioned storage compartment for a laptop, in spite of what the photos show. This bag was recommended to house an Asus G74SX, which is a monster of a laptop. There is no way I would feel safe transporting a 12 pound laptop in this bag. There is next to no padding in the compartment that the description shows the laptop fitting in. The only defense against being thrown around in the huge main compartment is a stiff divider that is held with Velcro to the bottom of the compartment. When you transport a 12 pound piece of equipment you need to compensate for knocks, bumps and bruises. This bag may fit the equipment, but no way does it protect it. There's room in the compartment for a foam/padded sleeve, which would solve the problem, but that's another expense on top of an already steep purchase price. I can see using it for my MacBook Pro 17, which weighs in at around 6 pounds. But at that point the bag is overkill. Much more than needed. So back it goes, which is a shame since I had such hopes for all those pockets :)

Damn it. So good but...
I love Maxpedition gear but... no, wait... let me rephrase... the bag, as mentioned by other reviewers below (or above) SWALLOWS a 15.6 inch laptop. I should have bought the Operator bag... But here's the weird bit. The Aggressor was cheaper!!! Yep. I did my research, trolled Amazon for hours (days really) and settled for this one.So now that rant is over with, here's what you need to know. The strap it comes with is NOT a clip on and the strap is 1" wide. Yes it comes with a padded shoulder strap but it didn't match the picture. Otherwise okay. (i don't use the strap anyway).People say "Oh, but it's not padded enough to protect my lappy".. Grow up. It is once you've loaded out all the front exterior pockets and the back panels. Don't forget the CCW pouch, or as I like to call it the "Don't show the wife about this section" part of the bag.Watch the reviews on YouTube and just realise that the Operator bag is identical but a couple of inches shorter. You know it's going to be 100 times better than that flimsy carrying piece of cr*p that came with your laptop and you have two water bottle holders on it. Speaking of which the two big pockets on the front easily fit a fully loaded Maxpedition Fatty. You will never run out of options with this bit of gear and since it is that bit bigger you can carry more essential EDC kit.

If there is a heaven...
then everyone in it will be wearing or carrying Maxpedition gear. This is my 5th bit of gear from Maxpedition and it is living up to expectations regarding the excellent build state and design. When I think back to the gear that we had when I was in the forces, Brit 37 pattern, then seeing and using this stuff is heavenly, I can only wish that I had had it all of those years ago. Now, although a bit more wrinkley, I do a lot of work in conservation so I like gear that can take a beating and is versatile enough for the variety of gear that I cart around. My only complaints? can a bag be too large? The shoulder strap could be a bit chunkier. I have a versitpak with the Janus extension pocket that I use for personal stuff. It would be nice to take the Janus off of the versipak and use it as a shoulder strap on this. A drain hole on both of the outside open pockets would also be nice.Other than this, all I can say is WOW.

Quality above all.
Amazing quality and oh-so-univeral product. All materials are top-notch, lots of pockets to keep things well organized and space. S.P.A.C.E. Your typical day aside - with a laptop, wallet, keys, A4 documents, writing instruments, phone, charger etc. - you still can throw in simply astonishing amounts of things. Yes, the bag is quite big and for some it may be even cumbersome but for all of those who like to have more than less at their side, this is a pure blessing.Did I mention quality? You simply cannot wear this bag down, unless you're an shadow operative facing a clandestine operation which involves sliding on the bag down a 5 km vertical cave, with waves of inferno fire trying to consume your very soul.In that case, the bag may acquire a puncture or two.
