It is simple amd fast to use. Heat up your wax beads on max high, once it's liquid form, I bring the heat down to just on and it becomes a little thicker and not as hot to apply to your face. It is stringy and it's annoying but it works. Got rid of my mustache. A few spare hair were left which I then plucked. It does can get messy so I would advise to cover the outer part with foil and just use a small amount of bead that you will need for whatever you are waxing. Cleaning the little pail is nearly impossible. I tried and the cold wax can be chipped off but some stuff needs some oil to be removed. Or you can just keep it and it will remelt with the new wax beads the next time you use it. I am a neat freak so that bothers me as does mixing the colors of wax, but that is a personal thing.

Wax isn’t very strong so you’ll have to get better or do a lot of stripping lol other than that wax melter itself works great 👍🏽

The spray bottle for before you wax was leaking a little in a box but other than that it is an amazing product and came in very quickly. The price was very reasonable, and I would buy another.

I was really excited to get my first waxing machine and this is the product I chose. The wax warmer works great it melts fast and goes to what temperature you need it to go to fast as well. Although, I wouldn't say that the wax is very good. What I mean is that the wax has this honey like scent but not a good kind it's a chemically honey scent and let me tell you it is not very pleasant. When it says that the wax is painless it is absolutely not true, it is very painful to rip off and hurts a lot when you do. Overall it was a interesting experience would try to wax again but definitely with a different brand wax

Listen to me ladies or gents, this will save you so much money in the long run. Now you can wax at home like you the pro this time! It honestly is tricky the first couple of times you try siding it but watch some YouTube videos and you should get the hang of it in no time

The delivery speed is very fast, the effect is okay, the use is very good, the quantity is large, basically the whole body can be used, very good, the residual wax oil on the hands and legs can be cleaned with olive oil, and then use mild Wash off the shower gel and clean it.

Warmer works. But wax beads are poor quality and do not work. Also my bottles of pretreatment and after care were both defective and it was all over everything in the box. Not worth the money I paid.

This is a good product, although the wax is a bit cheap. It is not the best quality, but you can work it out.
