My son is 14 and has always had trouble with shoelaces. He was tired of velcro shoes and wanted a specific shoe that had laces. These helped him learn to tie laces. For some reason, the lessons with actual shoes didn’t work. He was disinterested. This little wooden shoe, though, held his attention. Sometimes, it takes a different type of tool to reach someone’s mind and I’m happy to have found it.

Worked well for my son, laces were a bit short.

My grandchildren just weren't following the process watching their shoes be tied. Over sixty years ago my parents brought a very similar product home to me. My grandchildren picked it up in the first day. Genetics are a wonderful thing.

I like the fact that these wooden shoes really helped my son tie his shoes on his own and he showed his little cousins how to tie their shoes as well.

It’s small/tiny. They come apart (back of the shoe-heel) like a puzzle 😬
