the factory itself was nice but a lot of small parts do not ship well with these spooky town buildings, we've purchased quite a few and they all seem to suffer the shipping trip! other then that they are fantastic to display !!

Brings life to Spookytown!
This is so adorable! It is one of the motion buildings so you can use with or without sound. It really helps bring the village to life. It was a perfect addition to my Spookytown village collection. I purchased it after Halloween but can’t wait to put it up next year. It’s the high quality I expect from Lemax and arrived safely without damage!
