Excellent for hiking trip- Everest approve
They are Everest camp base approve, I visited Nepal and take the 10 days hiking to Everest base camp. For these adventures you need to fit as much as you have in your backpack. In general sleepbags and jackets take a lot of space and these compressor bags are used to save space you in your luggage, they are perfect, good quality, resistant material, impermeable, you can used to storage a blanket, clothes or your sleep bag. You will not regret, I can still used for more adventures

Good product
The fabric is pretty strong but I wish it was a bit more durable. It is not a cheap feeling product and overall it’s a pretty good deal.

Compression bag for travel clothes
This is normally used for a sleeping bag but we put clothes in it and tied it around my wife’s waist for back support during our 12 hour flight to Barcelona. We considered it a “medical device” since she has a bad back and needed it during the flight. The airlines were good with it.

Compresses very well.
This compression sack compresses very well. It is water resistant and I unfortunately found out the hard way that it is not waterproof. Great compression sack though. love the price of these compared to others out there.

Super light weight and it works!
Used about a dozen times for bikepacking trip. I've ready about many people complaining about ripping / tearing. It is super light weight (thin fabric) but in my experience it does fine as long as you don't use the straps to *do* the compressing. Just use them to *keep* it small once compressed. So for example I stuff in my bag, sit on it to compress, and while sitting on it I snug up the straps. This works fine and ensures the load is evenly distributed, reduces momentary stress on straps and seams when tightening. The only reason I gave 4 stars (instead of 5) for durability and sturdiness is because it still *seems* to be a little underbuilt, but honestly it has worked fine the short time I've had it so it could have been 5s based on experience so far.

2 straps sewn crossed
2 of the straps are sewn on crossed. This makes the bag on that side pull down at an angle. The other side pulls even. Nice quality controll. Wish I would've bought a different brand

Initial Impressions
Overall, this appears to be a great value for the price (I paid $12.49 each). The balance between space and weight is a struggle for most backpackers. This greatly extends the use of my light pack for a measly 1.9 oz (each) extra weight.Compression: The compression was good (see pictures). The sleeping bag is Big Agnes 20 degree Zurkel UL and the tent is Copper Spur Mtn. Glow (without stakes).Wt: Compression bags weigh 2.7oz on my home scale.Durability: Appears to be good. Naturally, you should first compress (with hand, foot, bodyweight, whatever) and then tighten each side no matter what brand compression bag you are using. Also, having some compression left (my stuff could have fit a slightly smaller bag) helps with durability.

Seems to be good quality
I meant to order a 14L for my vintage, feather down, military sleeping bag. Accidentally ordered the 10L.Stuffed it in and it just fit. I believe the bag is 6ft long. Compressed down to a nice and tidy size for fitting in my pack. Straps and clips seem to be well made. Time will tell. Arrived 6 days before expected arrival date from California to Fraser Valley. Will update down the road after I have compressed the bag on repeated backpacking trips.

Great bag!
I bought this as I wasn’t sure if my sleeping bag came with a stuff sack. It did, so I used this extra one for my clothes. It really helped reduce the size and keep me organized. I knew what was clothing and what was sleeping bag. It helped keep the size of my stuff to a minimum. I used it for a week straight and no issues with durability.
