Doesn’t fit 9195XL
As shown by another reviewer, the battery is substantially smaller than original units.

Works well
I had to trim the leads because they were too wide to fit the opening on the circuit board, but it seems to work well.

Not a direct replacement for 8894XL shaver
This is probably a fine battery but it is not a direct replacement for a Norelco 8894XL shaver. As you can see from the photo the top light green battery was the original battery. The middle dark green battery is this one that is significantly smaller. I found another battery actually by Kastar that was 1600 mah that was the right part.
