First time drone owner here and I was so excited and yet so nervous when this arrived, beautifully packaged with a sturdy case which included some spare props, a second battery, small prop tool, twin charger and charger cable and an operators guide which it’s self is packed full of everything you need to know and easy to understand.Set up is so simple and I was ready to fly within 10 mins ! Being a newbie I kept it in beginner mode, there was at least 70% on the battery so was literally good to go, the auto take off offered peace of mind that I would not be planting it straight into something, it auto took off to 5ft and hovered, then I was able to begin taking control and it was so easy, responses were smooth, camera seems to be excellent streamed to phone (I had forgot to purchase an sd card) and the image being streamed to phone was perfect. Unfortunately the wind here in the uk has been a bit of a pain these last few days so I’ve only had maybe 1.5 - 2 hours use so far but I absolutely love it and I’ve not really any worries about it now and can’t wait to get out properly with it, I will be applying for my pilot ID and licence which is required because of its weight but it’s not going to break the bank at a tenner.I did have an issue with one of the battery’s, it seemed to only charge intermittently but I contacted Holy stone via whats app and a free replacement was sent and received next working day! Super helpful customer services.Really well constructed and feels quality, easy to use, didn’t break the bank, suitable for first time owners and Iam pretty sure good for the seasoned drone owner, excellent customer services, would I recommend? Yes I surely would ! :)

The media could not be loaded.  This drone is an excellent for its price.The set up to get going is very simple and easy todo.Simple to use controller one button to unlock motors and one to take off and land very simple indeed.You have the ability to adjust the camera from your remote while the drone is in the air so this is just great to get the best photo possibleWith the duel charger you can ensure both battery's are changed and ready for your flightIf using GPS mode a nice safety function has been added which won't allow the drone to take off if you have 7 or less satellites which is great to stop having location issues.The HS720e is so easy and simple to use my 8year old son has been able to fly this without issues.The fact you can set the speed from low to high allows you to learn how to control the drone correctly before you take it higher and further away.I find this drone is very responsive even when its out far the reactions are second to none its quick indeed.Since this drone has been fitted with EIS ANTI-SHAKE this helps your photos from blurring and video quality, this is a massive improvement to the drone, similar to the technology in your mobile to ensure a smooth sharp photo but now its in your drone.This drone has many useful functions which allows you pin point areas on a map and the drone will fly the path you set, you are able to allow the drone to follow you handy if doing stunts or competitions. You can even orbit an area this allows the drone to continue in a circle around a target you set.As you get 2 x battery's the flight time is great long lasting and more funAlways remember when the battery runs low the drone will always return home this is the location you last took off from, much better than just landing were is over.Out of all the drone i have bought this one has so far been the best for the price, its sturdy and strong, come in a nice case aswell to protect while traveling or storing it till next use.Like all HolyStone products their customer service is unbeatable always there to help with any issue from setting up and using your drone to technical help and issues you have.

I been wanting to buy a drone for some time, i wanted to buy a real quality drone, i did some initial research and settled on a Holy Stone HS720E. it looks great, has a nice package setup and comes with some good extras.You get a nice case, extra propellors, the drone itself in black/grey. A large manual, the controller, two batteries, a screwdriver and a usb-c charger. (minus the actual plug). Read the manual a little bit and stick the batteries on charge and take your time to get to know your drone. 5 hour charging time for the batteries x2 so you get around 45 mins of flight time under ideal conditions.First important note, you are going to need a pilot id and drone license to use this drone, its over the weight limit for recreational drones. (250g is considered a toy drone). The license is a theory test and 20 mins of your time and £10 to complete with CAA online. Something I did not know until I purchased it. However the theory test is simply common sense rules and they even provide a pdf to help you pass the test. It really is a no brainer and shouldnt detract you from purchasing a drone of this weight class.Second note: the battery charger is a terrible bit of plastic and some pins, I was quite shocked considering the quality of the drone itself. They put all the quality into the drone and skimped on the really shocking cheap charging unit. I mean it really is just pins and plastic. It does work however and you can charge two batteries at the same time, but I was quite suprised at the battery charger. Everything else smacks of quality including the really nice case.Third note: This drone doesnt have a gimbal which means the camera can look forward and down, it does have image stabilisation however. Personally for your first drone, its perfectly adequate to get you started for photo and video usage on a basic to good level.The drone itself is very well made, folds up nicely, and feels very rugged. It really does have a great build feel to it. Once you have unfolded the arms, its pretty nice to hold in the hand. You will need to calibrate and pair the drone and the controller, but you only have to pair the drone once. it has leds on the underside of the arms and It even has landing lights!Once youve paired the drone for the first time, youll need to calibrate the drone, this is simple and explained in the manual, insert battery and your ready to fly. I would definately suggest giving your self some time to learning how to fly this thing. Take offs and landings can be performed automatically with a button. It has a low battery return to home option, gps, tap to fly options, follow me, orbit around point of interest. Some of these options youll need to use the app for. It also has other settings too, but I wont go into too much detail here. Taking pictures can be done with the app, and youll need a micro sd card for that as well. (not included). You can adjust the camera from the controller too.I think for a beginner drone it has a lot of good stuff, its only let down by its cheap charger and long battery charging times. However its quite a nice looking drone. I have tested it for about 30 mins so far, but weather has gotten in the way of taking it up for longer periods.I would give it a four out of five for the package overall. A great entry into the world of drones.

es un fantastico dron es robusto y de una calidad superior no solo el dron sino todo el conjunto mando maletin de transporte baterias etc.. probe las baterias por que ya me he llevado mas de una decepcion en cuanto a la duravilidad sobre ella pero estas han superado con creces el rendimiento de tiempo que te dicen en mas de diez minutos de su tiempo sin parar el dron de funcionar. se maneja perfectamente y obedece perfectamente eso si tienes que tener cuidado por que no tiene sensores de osbtaculos es mas para personas entendidas ya en la materia no como yo que soy principiante y lo he estrellado varias veces pero incleible sigue funcionado perfectamente y era para que no fuese asi unos arañazos por las ramas de los arboles pero llasta. y la atencion sobre el cliente el vendedor un diez como una casa tube problemas para calibrarlo y demas por que no entendia bien el manual aunque biene muy bien expresado en español no he tenido problemas con ellos las 24 horas del dia enseñandome videos de como hacerlos etc.. son unas personas incleibles de la forma te tratarte solamente por ello merece la pena este dron que si tienes problemas no te den de lado todo lo contrario hacia mi una amabilidad efeccional no dudaria en comprarles a esta empresa otros dones ni un segundo no solo por su atencion hacia mi sino tambien por la calidad del material que son muy buenos hasta el embalaje para que no le ocurra nada en el transporte.

Il prodotto è arrivato puntuale come del resto tutti i prodotti acquistati su Amazon. Dopo aver tenuto la batteria sotto carica tutta la notte, abbiamo provato il drone, che dopo solo 5 minuti ha segnalato la batteria scarica, pertanto abbiamo utilizzato il comando per l'atterraggio in automatico, ma invece di posizionarsi nel punto di partenza, ha iniziato ad andare per i fatti suoi schiantandosi prima addosso ad un albero per poi finire in terra. Abbiamo così inviato al venditore il nostro reclamo con le foto del drone completamente distrutto. Il venditore, capita la situazione,non ha esitato a rinviare lo stesso prodotto nuovo. Quindi direi che il venditore è stato veramente molto serio. Ora il drone funziona perfettamente.
