Keys doesn't work most of the times
It has been 4 months since I bought the remote. When I pressed the keys on the remote, they were non-responsive. I had to press them really hard. I thought, over time, this would get resolved. However, it became worse and now, none of the keys work even after I changed so many batteries. Not worth buying!

It has a text button! Not all replacement remote controls do.

Works perfectly but arrived damaged
I purchased this due breaking my previous remote. This is quality remote which is easy to use. Unfortunately, mine arrives with a large scratch and dents on the back which was disappointing but this doesn’t affect its output.

Does the job
Great value replacement. My teenagers kept losing their remote and stealing ours so this was ideal. I didn't want to pay a fortune for a genuine Samsung controller and for them lose that one too!
