My Ebac 12L dehumidifier started to freeze and was unable to work correctly .. The reason this happened was because the carbon filter was totally blocked ...Since I've changed the filter, it's been operating very efficiently... This filter works excellently with my unit, so I'll definitely be purchasing more ...

Both the filters weren't alike
Order the expensive one, there were cheaper ones avaialble, hoping to get good quality filters. But both the filters aren't same width, hence had to return.
