Almost perfect
The power bank does work as advertised*, there is a "but" however. While charging with 60W adapter unit gets extremely hot, over 71°C (~160°F) quick search on the web says this will cause third degree burn if touched for less than a second. I can see this as a hazard if you have small children.Observe thermal imaging, the heat seem to be generated by the charge controller.Less important points:-Full charge occurs after about 23 minutes with 60 watt charger not 17 as advertised.-There is enhanced mode but instructions do not explicitly define what it does besides saying it is for low power devices.-Instructions also mention storage bag in the packing list, but there were no storage bag included. Conclusion:I like it so I'm not going to rate it too bad, but for some this unit maybe too hot to handle.

Works a advertised!
Does what it says. Charges (and discharges) very fast. Has. A premium feel. It does get warm near the USB port when charging at 60 watts but nowhere near hot enough to burn you, I don’t know what is wrong with another persons unit that he seemed to think it got that hot. Maybe they where charging with the device on an insulating surface? My only caveat is that a potential purchaser should consider whether a 5000 mAh (18Wh) unit is enough for their needs... this is basically one phone recharge. For an iPad, forget it, maybe take you up 30%. I also suspect that for most people the ability to very rapidly charge your power bank is a novelty more than a necessity. But if you do need it the ability to quickly grab a full phone charge worth of power in 17 minutes is pretty cool.

Manage your expectations
Decided to try this out. A few things:1. Obviously bad value, but comes with the territory. However, at this price they could have thrown in a 60w charger for the thing. Who has a 60w charger laying around lol? Their charger is priced like popcorn at a movie theater, kinda annoying.2. Charges fast like advertised.3. Not nearly as much capacity density as competitors, and given how light it is my guess is engineers did not want to push tolerances in design very hard since it's new tech. Maybe for fire safety reasons? Interesting choice though. Compared to competitors it's more than twice as big per mAh, but charges twice as fast so there's that.4. I feel like I'm the only one who thinks the housing and design are like 2015 chinch fake brushed aluminum (but cheap ABS from what I can tell lol). Brushed aluminum look plastic is garbage and people should stop using it in their designs. Matte black with a tiny bit of grip would have looked and felt far better.5. Really dig how fast it charges my phone, but it's on par with modern portable batteries that are not graphene based, so not sure what the advantage is. I would say future proofing, but it's output is basically maxed out at 30w, so the graphene's output capabilities aren't even taken advantage of. Not taking a lot of points off for this though because it's expected with being at the bleeding edge.

Well Built But Under-Powered Storage
As most of your customers has gave great reviews without proper knowledge. Don't get me wrong; it's very good looking and very solid. It has just only one USB output port as most others has 2 or 3 USB ports. You guys has say; 5000 mAh (5Ah) 60 watts of storage power. The truth is; My iPad mini were at 25% on my battery. After I had plug it into my iPad mini. After BMS had shut down my Graphene battery. My iPad mini were at 79% from 25% is around, 9/16th of my iPad mini. You'll be much better off to buy former lithium-ion based USB charger battery for half of the cost that will very easily fully charge 12 inch iPad Pro from 10% all the way to full 100%.

Fast but small capacity
This power bank will charge your phone very fast using the USB C port, but it is small in size...my iPhone 11 Pro Max charged from 5-80% with a full power bank. They say the power bank will charge in 17 minutes but this does not come with the 60 watt charger needed for it to fast charge, it is sold separately.. INCREASE THE PRICE BY $10 AND INCLUDE A 60 WATT CHARGER PLEASE NOBODY HAS ONE LAYING AROUND. FAST CHARGING IS ADVERTISED BUT NOT PROVIDED, BIG FLAW! You can still charge the power bank with a regular usb C charger but it will take 2-3 hours. Other than that it’s a nice design, light weight, and charges your phone fast!
