Ordered the stand mixer as a present for my mum. She has been talking about getting a stand mixer for years but never did. At first I was a bit skeptical to order something like this off the internet but decided to give it a go. It took me a while to get her feedback as I wanted to wait until all the functions of the stand mixer have been tested.Delivery and boxing: It took about a week for the mixer to arrive. It was well packed in a thick cardboard box that didn't indicate what is inside. Bare in mind that he mixer and all the parts that come with it are quite heavy (over 10 kg) so be mindful when lifting the box.First impressions: The first impression after unboxing the stand mixer was that it looks and feels sturdy. I was surprised how many parts and pieces were in the box, the main mixing bowl dough hook, stirring hook, whisk, a plastic splash protection lid, blender jug with lid and measuring cup, meat grinder attachment, meat grinder funnel, pasta attachments, sausage pipe with sausage holder and sausage disc.Use: We tested the mixer a few days after the delivery, tried out the dough making function of the stand mixer. It was easy to assemble all the parts, operating the mixer is as simple as turning the dial to the desired level. The size of the mixing bowl is great for household use, once you get over the noise the mixer is doing a great job. Cleaning was surprisingly easy too. Despite the great job with the dough I was skeptical about the meet grinding capability of the stand mixer. So we decided to try this as well. Again assembly was quite easy once you find the parts you need and operating the meet grinder is again just turning the speed up to the desired level. The meet grinder didn't seem to struggle at all mincing the meat, the cleaning was again nice and easy. The experience of making a smoothie with the jug on top was also this simple and easy. We haven't tied making pasta yet.PROs:- Easy to use.- Easy to clean.- Has many functionalities combined into one appliance.- Performs well with tough jobs like mincing meat, crushing ice etc.- Looks and feels great.- Comes with all the parts in the box rather than having to purchase thees separate- Good value for money.CONs:- It is noisy.- Quite big and takes a significant amount of space on the kitchen counter.- The cable is really short (probably less than a meter) so you have to be right next to the power socket.Overall, I believe this stand mixer is a good value for money and would recommend it to everyone looking for an upgrade. We have been using the mixer for over a year now and it has not failed us yet.

This item has been in my basket for ages awaiting the time i could order it. I have not been disappointed it is an excellent item well made and seller was prompt with order. I have already used it and was happy with results

Good value for money, lots of accessories, however my big problem is that the food processor (apparently) can not be taken apart for cleaning, I have written several emails to the experts and they say that the jar base no. 4, the sealing ring no. 5 and blade base no. 6 are not removable from the glass jar, even though the Product Description booklet shows them as completely separate.

I just received the product and opened the package. Everything seemed to be fine, but there is a problem with the mixing bowl. It looks like it has been damaged and I don't like it. Despite this, I don't want to return the product completely, but I want the mixing bowl to be changed. I would be very happy if you could help me. Can I contact the seller to solve the problem?

So far this food processor has been fantastic. It looks great, works very efficiently, and does everything I need it for. Much better than my old one (now defunct) which was very plasticky & had loads of attachments I never used. So glad I chose this :)

This is a mixer that is reflected in the low price. The whisk does not reach the bottom of the bowl so you cannot whisk egg whites or any small amount of liquid unless you start them elsewhere. The cake mixer blade which is the most used attachment is not made of metal, so I am afraid it will not last. I don’t think it will last as long as my previous Kennwood chef, which lasted 35 years

The only slight niggle is that you are seemingly unable to dis-assemble the blender from it's base which would make cleaning it an awful lot easier. Other than that , this is great value for money, and unlike the last one I had which was shut away in a cupboard,I am happy to have this on our worktop.
