Great buy!
Loving the cage on the camera, camera is sturdy in it, it gives it a little bit more weight, better grip and it doesn't wooble around, been using it for a while now. Yes it does have the "screen not able to flip when fully opened" thing but it is not a big deal, you get used, either way you can file it down if it really bothers you. I dont have problems with lense adapter at all. This also solved the issue of the battery not opening when mounted up on my gimbal, now I don't have to unscrew the camera and lose balancing just to change the battery (I understand this could also work on tripods, depending on your situation). Cage helps a lot when using big front heavy lenses like the 17-55 2.8 ef-s with an adapter, make the camera look more balance aesthetically wise. Kit lense now looks very small. Bought a paracord style wrist strap and peak design anchors to adapt the strap to it and been using it like that ever since. Grip feels better than before on the camera but the Canon RP feels better still even with the RP being the smallest Full Frame mirrorless from Canon. Other lense used with the set up is the Viltrox 23mm f1.4

Fits Canon M50 Mark ii Perfectly
This cage setup fits the Canon M50 Mark ii perfectly. There is no play in what so ever once screwed in correctly. The cage itself is as advertised perfectly fit for all the compartments of the camera so the the battery door opens up perfectly without hitting. The cold shoe also is very convenient for any additional hardware. You’ll see here in my photos the microphone mounted with no issues. This definitely brings back the feeling of the slr grip especially when using full ef mounted lenses. As for the screen some people were making it sound like you wouldn’t be able to move it freely but you can. And just for fun you can see my full setup pairing the cage with my ronin m. 5 stars for sure.

Really fantastic cage
I’ve had this cage on my M50 for a while. I haven’t taken it off since I put it on almost a year ago. It added more grip when I’m taking photos. It still works well on my gimbal. I have no negatives about it but I do wish it had a second deciding point just to help make sure it doesn’t turn in the cage at all. It hasn’t yet come loose, but it’s still just a wish. I love that the battery port is still accessible. I love how easy it is to add handles, lights, and microphones. I really really love this cage.

good cage
although it does the job I returned it because it weighs my camera so much, and after carrying it becomes heaver. need something less bulky. does protect your camera but need a better grip on the cage because it does easily slip from your grip.

Camera can now remain on tripod for SIM card change!
Fits the Canon M50 perfectly — It attaches using the tripod hole onto the bottom of the camera (screw bolt provided). The best feature is that this cage allows securing the camera to the tripod (or a shoe) slightly to the left of center, thus allowing the access port at the bottom of the camera to be fully opened and closed while the camera, in its “Easy hood cage,” remains attached to the tripod.

Solid Metal
I was looking for a grip to add to the M50 to make it more hand-holdable and found this item. The rig is made of solid metal with multiple holes to attach other accessories. It will accommodate a quick-release tripod mount without it blocking the battery door. It's a nice design with expandability in mind. And the price is great.

Great quality
Fits my m50ii perfectly. Very well built, and it has many attachment points for other things. I have long fingers and this makes holding my m50 much easier.

Very sturdy and great price
Love this alternative to small rig cage. I did my research on YouTube before I bought and I’m very pleased with this.
