I bought my first box from Sephora and after two weeks of using this product, I was able to see and feel a difference on my nails. My nails are very weak and break easily, plus I have a bad habit of biting my nails. After two weeks, my nails were longer and much stronger. I finished my 30 day supply and purchased my second box from Amazon. The attached pictures are after a 30 day supply and in a desperate need for a second gel manicure. My nails are stronger than ever before. I've also noticed my hair is growing at a much faster pace than before.

I have been a HUM runway user now for over a year. My hair fell out after pregnancy a few years ago and never returned to its original thickness. I started using this and immediately noticed less shedding! I will say, if I forget a shipment, the shedding comes back immediately, so I know it’s working! I have found my skin texture has improved, but is not a solution for breakouts. There are cheaper products out there, but I’m not willing to try anything else in fear it won’t work.

I think this stuff is really working so I am pleased. My hair has been ravaged by numerous chemotherapy treatments. It always grew back but this last time it just thinned. Hum is definitely helping.

I have very fine, thin hair and I've been using these supplements for 6 months now and seen an noticeable improvement in my hair growth. Especially, fuller volume in my hair part and hairline and babyhairs. My nails also grow relatively fast, however, because of how often I get my nails done, I can't tell a difference between strength, only in nail length.

I had real low expectations for this product, seriously. I figured since its advertised so much it wouldn't really work. Oh was I wrong.
