Brilliant device.. I throat snore but also have a big overbite ( lower jaw set further back than top jaw). This device alters to suit your jaw and pulled my lower slightly forward and stopped me snoring. My wife said since using this I haven't snored and won't be putting a pillow over my head... Always a bonus...... Device does take a bit of getting use to a few mornings I have woke up to find it on the floor so must have taken it out as it can't fall out. But stick with it and your partner will enjoy sleeping again... DON'T KNOW IF IT WORKS FOR NOSE SNORING

My wife has complained and has had many sleepless nights with my snoring! She now reports that she has had the best couple of weeks sleep for years!I have tried everything else and nothing has worked! This certainly has!As a retired dental technician I found that this appliance was well thought through and well made. After a very short time it has become comfortable to wear too.

I have had several of these now. They do tend to wear out. Once I started using it, my girlfriend said my snoring stopped almost entirely. I had been using the same one for a while, well over a year, and my snoring was back. I assumed it had just got worse, but I decided to buy another new device. Lo and behold, it once again stopped right away. As I said, they do wear out, but for me this works incredibly well. It won't work for everyone, of course, because people don't always snore for the same reason. My advice: give it a go, and maybe your partner can get some well-deserved sleep.

I wasn't expecting this device to be so good. Its half the price of my regular antisnoring gumshield and as the mouthpiece does not open and close with my mouth was not expecting much. Only got as this was nextday delivery and my regular mouthpiece had a delay in delivery.Wow, this fits very well when I clench my teeth and the guard is soft against my gums. Breathing is easy with this in. I was worried if I open my mouth when I sleep I'd start snoring. My GF confirms I've not snored once with it in. This is my new goto device and my original brand gumshield consigned to the backup.

I did the snoring questionnaire and found that it was most likely just my tongue relaxing when I was asleep. I pretty much knew this anyway as I have no medical conditions, so I needed something to push my lower jaw forward and prevent my airway being occluded. The 'recommended' model was approximately £120+ but this does exactly the same job - it's a relatively simple device/medical process.I found it easy to mould to my teeth (very much like a gumshield) and very easy to adjust the increment of pushing my lower jaw forward. I started with 3mm first and then moved to 6mm which seems to have all but cured my snoring. My wife is very, very pleased!

It's takes a few days to get used to wearing this, and my teeth felt a little sensitive to start with, however now I don't even notice wearing the mouth guard. I have tried so many anti-snore remedites/gadgets/gizmos and this is the only one that has worked! Highly recommended.

I've tried many anti snore devices just to keep the peace in the bedroom and not end up sleeping on the couch. My husband is a retired dentist who actually took classes on dental related sleep apnea. He never got into treating it however. Now as a a retired DDS he developed a horrible snoring problem.
