Does shuffle play shuffle all 5 disc

The company said that it could when I emailed them, but nowhere in the manual does it reference anything but randomly playing tracks on a single disc. I'd say the short answer is no, it won't randomly go to tracks on multiple discs for true shuffle of the loaded carousel.

What are tie dimensions of this CD player, specifically, what is the depth (front to back) dimension?

The dimensions are 17.1" w x 4.5" h x 15.4" d per TEAC's specifications. Hi-Fi Heaven since 1973

Can I play my i-pod through this unit?

I have no idea, my unit crashed on me after 3 months, very disappointed
