Outstanding! Solid, well made, easy to clean, unbreakable
Love this. Bought it for our camper and it is perfect. Fairly indestructible, disassembles/reassembles nicely, very easy to clean, comes apart in multiple spots for complete cleaning. Very impressed!

Nice size
I use this all the time, I always have a jug of iced tea in my fridge. I don't use the infuser much but it is a very fine strainer which I like, but a bit hard to get all the tea out once you've used it.

Great infuser pot
It took me a few days using it to form an opinion. I use this only with cold water. I get raspberry or lemon zinger to make iced tea. Since I read about plastics and materials used in certain tea bags, I wanted a solution. So I cut open the tea bags and put it in the fine mesh infuser and let it sit. There is no residue, the mesh is really fine, works with my preferred tea brand. I thought it was Glas, but it's plastic. Really like the quality, it pours nicely, no leaks! It came packed safely in a good box. I would really recommend it.

Very pleased
T2 no longer deliver to EU countries so I was delighted to find I can purchase their products on Amazon at the same price. The jug itself is easy to clean but the tea filter is not. Sadly it is not possible to purchase these separately.

Overall pretty good
Everything pretty good although if it was priced £5-10 less it would be ideal for around £20

Pours well, fits in the fridge, doesn't spill or break if it tips over.
Well a five star review on only the second day so I can't speak for long term durability but so far it ticks all the boxes.I've been getting into iced teas/tisanes recently as I want something refreshing but not too sweet. Unfortunately I had a brain fart and instead of steeping a spice tea bag over night decided to make it fresh and quick. One thermal shock and a lot of mopping up later I was in the market for a fridge door jug that could cope with boiling water (preferably).A bit more capacity would be good too....being able to pour it even when full without a mess would also be good...as ever with such things it snowballed into a proper hunt.So why this one? Well it was unbreakable (within reason), it was designed for making tea/iced tea so could take the heat, has a built in infuser, was discounted by over two thirds. Annnnnd the clincher! it showed up in the search last thing at night after reading loads of 'it was great till it broke' reviews for other jugs.Dropped on lucky would seem to be the appropriate reaction. The plastic is (so far) glassy in look and clarity but has flex. All the plastic parts seem well made and fit together well.I'm not totally sure why the infuser comes in two parts - the top solid tube screws into the lid then the bottom meshed bit screws into the top bit? On first use I put the tea mix into the infuser (both parts together) and just dropped into the jug and poured boiling water into it, the lid still went on and it brewed nicely. I subsequently watched a how to video on YouTube where they pour the hot water into the jug screw the infuser to the lid and pop it in, which is more convenient. If I'm making non tea drinks I tend to just leave the bag/infuser in the jug and top up as necessary which is easier/less messy without the infuser screwed into the lid. When letting it brew screw the lid down firmly and then back it off a quarter of a turn for steam to escape because as the blurb says you can quite literally stand it on it's lid! When ready to pour back the lid off half a turn, there's a sort of stop to let you know you are there and Bob's your Uncle. Absolutely no drip pouring - Nice!Cleaning wise everything comes apart, even the handle unscrews and the opening is large enough for a small hand or ordinary washing up brush.Oh yes I like the inside of the handle being rubberised for softness and grip.A great buy!Edit: The infuser comes in two sections to help with emptying and cleaning it and it really does help. After a few more cycles of use I also have to say I really like the flat side on the lid. It makes tightening it and loosening it much easier.Still no drips.
