This is a cute ending to the story but it was a bit much for me. It was kinda more graphic than I wanted. Plus I never felt we got much personality from them. It sometimes read as more propaganda

Always Awesome
A perfect happily Ever After, loved every part of it. And I adored the whole exploration on how human are raised verses ocean inhabitants and how gender norms are human constructs. It was well done, how Akira did as he liked without preconceived ideas of what boys do and what girls do. And the results are awesome. I also loved how mermaids get their names. Utterly brilliant.

Very heart-warming
I really enjoyed it both the story and the illustrations. The latter made the reading experience so much more engaging and imaginative.

Uh, Not For Me
Okay, I've been putting off writing this review for a long while, but it's time to suck it up.As I mentioned in my previous review for Book 1, Raiden and Akira's story was surprisingly good. I went into Book 1 with low expectations, but the story was emotional and engaging. I couldn't wait to read how their happily ever after would play out. Amelita Rae is a new to me author. I think she has incredible potential as a writer but holy cow her phrasing during sex scenes is cringeworthy at best. I wish I could quote specific passages here, but Amazon won't allow it. I can provide one example of problematic writing, and I think one is enough. The phrasing during sex scenes isn't a problem only limited to this book. I read four stories of Ms. Rae's back to back, and it's an ongoing issue. The reader is pulled in UP UNTIL THE SEX SCENES. Then everything quickly goes downhill.Ms. Rae, if by chance you're reading this review, erotica is supposed to be smutty. I get that. I read enough erotica and erotic romance to tell the difference. I fully understand what it encompasses but what started off as a slow burn love story turned into bad porn. Porn has its place but good grief, no bueno. The sex scenes pretty much kill the momentum you've built luring the reader in. My advice would be work on finessing the sex a little more because phrasing like this ruins everything."His movements inadvertently wiped streams of slobbery wetness all over Raiden's face, but the other man just nuzzled into the musky fold of Akira's core even further. Everything felt loose and sloppy and squashy down there. His hole felt slack and opened."WTF, W-T-F? NO. NOOOOOOOOO.The bright spot from this story? The illustration at the end. I was thrilled Raiden and Akira at least got their family even if the path to getting there was rocky.

Some secrets from the sea will provide a pleasant shock
Into His Arms by Amelita Rae is the second and final book to the Beloved series. It picks up right where part one left off and continues the tale between Akira and Raiden as they face the consequences of their relationship. Into His Arms takes us on ride as Akira and Raiden adjust to the newest development in their lives.Amelita Raw tied the story up in a perfect bow. Despite some awkward narration and moments, the series was really an enjoyable read. Especially for someone who is new to her books.

Just Loved them. A lonely man finely found his mate.
Works & Raiden lost ten years in the beginning, but love prevailed. Becoming parents was the best for me. On land and in the sea the family will strive. Need more stories like this.

I'm not crying, you are!
That was sooooo good, y'all! Even if we don't touch on that wonderful love story, the wokeness that Ms. Rae wrote in this book needs to be shouted from the rooftops. Even if yaoi or LGBTQ+ novels aren't your thing, this series needs to read by everyone that loves real love stories. Beautiful. Highly recommended!

This book is just wonderful! I loved every part of it
This book is just wonderful! I loved every part of it. The characters are all so sweet and the sex scenes and just delicious! The illustrations in this book where so perfect and I would love to see more of your longer stories have these. This artist is very talented just like the author of this book! I highly recommend this story if you are having a bad day and you just want some fluffy goodness! I could read about this little mermaid all day!

Not as good as ....
...Book 1 but the story had a sweet ending.Raiden and Akira both are settling into life and loving each other deeply, but nature throws them a few complications in the story.Akira and Raiden seem to change constantly with confidence and guilt. Both have challenges ahead, but the story slows in the middle and only picks up with the cherry blossoms. The ending is endearing but a little incomplete.

enjoyable
I liked it as much as the first oneโฆ maybe even a bit more. The drawings were as great as ever (but I wonder why Akiras hair is always drawn short while itโs described as longโฆ). Anyway, good book!

A Beloved HEA
YAY for Part 2! A very satisfying ending, I'm so happy for Raiden & Akira. I loved him getting out in his geisha outfit to see the blossoms as well as the joyful surprise. This is such a wonderfully sweet story and I am so glad they got their happily ever after. Thank you for the cutest mermboy story and the beautiful illustrations to go with it.
