APC UPS Battery Replacement, APCRBC105, for APC Smart-UPS Models SUA2200RMXL3U, SUA3000RMXL3U and select others

The battery pack is kind of heavier than I excepted. The installation went through smoothly. Take off the cover, un-screw two screws, un-plug the power connector, pull out the old battery, insert the new battery, screw the two screws, re-connect the power connector, put the cover back and you are done.It takes several hours for the battery pack to fully charged. I then ran the self diagnostic utility from powerchut to confirm everything is working fine.

I bought this battery pack to replace my old set on a SUA3000RMXL3U. The item was delivered 5 days from the day I placed the order. I verified that the batteries that were used were the same as the set I removed. The battery passed the validation test and seems to be working just fine. It was a little discouraging to see that the old set had its price tag still on the unit for $55. I will update if the battery life turns out to be poor. Overall I am happy with this product purchase.

It was out of the box and in the UPS in 15 minutes from open to close. Working well under a moderate load. Would have appreciated a one-pager on how to remove the existing battery module & install the replacement, but YouTube had plenty of content.

Works okay for a lead / acid battery. Price is pretty ridiculous for what this is, but there is no competition so one is stuck with this. If you need it, you must overpay.

Was a perfect replacement for the original unit.

Fits perfectly. Make sure you check your ups for the exact model - there are 2, 3 generations, and their model numbers are differ by 1 letter.

Our company Purchasing Dept. bought 3 of these to replace units at a remote location.Site staff waited until my arrival to install into an APC Smart-UPS 3000XL main unit plus expansion [they didn't have to, as these are hot swap]However, I am glad I saw units - these are rebuilt [obvious signs of use on the cases, plus corrosion on bottom of one due to a previous battery leak], and do not have APC-branded batteries.Installed batteries inside enclosures are "PowerSonic PS-1270 F2" batteries from Viet Nam.Lesson learned: Read description VERY carefully. While batteries ARE new, we would have paid more for APC OEMs.Unsure as to this purchase's durability, but I feel certain these will not last as long as previous APC OEM batteries - which were installed February 7, 2009 and only signaled issues via software in September 2015.
