Lily’s chocolate had been a welcome addition to my diet. I am always looking for a healthier sugarless option. Plus it tastes delicious

The chocolate of this shipment is extremely salty.
I have been buying and enjoying Lily’s Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate for years. The chocolate in this last shipment was terrible. It did not melt in my mouth like the previous ones. I bit on it and it was kind of crunchy and very very salty. It is totally inedible. I went to Whole Foods and bought a bar to compare. That one tasted sweet and slightly salty, as had prior purchases from Amazon. Unfortunately it cannot be returned.Update: The seller’s representative contacted me and suggested that I taste all the bars in the box to see if they were all inedible. She also explained the reason why some bars would be so salty. I did check them all and found three inedible and one very salty. She reimbursed me for the ones I could not eat. The management of my complaint was outstanding. I strongly recommend this seller.

Incredible shipping
I just wanted to say the seller did a fantastic job ensuring the chocolate bars were shipped correctly. It is summer out and I never thought about having chocolate delivered in the extreme heat. When I thought about it I was very concerned that when dropped off it would melt on the front porch before I got it inside. When it did arrive I brought it in and opened it up and wow. I was amazed at the way it was packed. Very well insulated and had some kind of cold jell pack to keep it cool inside. Hats off to them on a job well done. And Lily's chocolates are the bomb. Especially if you are on a low sugar diet. No sacrifice in taste. My new favorite chocolates....
