NO INSTRUCTIONS?! NO SCREWS?!

"EASY TO INSTALL - Step by step under cabinet installation instructions. Comes with all necessary screws, anchors and additional screws if needed." This statement comes verbatim from the description ... BUT NONE OF THEM were included when package arrived today. OMG! I'm sure I can figure out how to install the two racks I purchased, and it shouldn't be hard to find screws, but I'm very disappointed that they are missing! This doesn't make it very "EASY TO INSTALL" at all. Otherwise, the racks seem sturdy.
