Cracked in less than one hour of using it.
I received this board Thursday afternoon and am writing this review Saturday morning, not even a full 2 days after getting it.1)The board took more than two days to get to my house despite it being listed as Prime.2)I have barely put an hour into riding it and its already cracking. I weigh 190 pounds and the description says it holds up to 500 pounds....Needless to say I am very let down with this item. Saying it holds so much weight is false advertisement, not only that its dangerous. Imagine had it snapped while I was riding it. Thats a quick trip to the ER.

Pre-broken for your convenience.
It was a day late and pre-broken for my convince. Yes I received three pieces in my perfect shopping box. So its either made supper poor or they just threw it in there broken. Emailed them and no response.

Cylinder trouble, but overall great.
Balance board is great but the cylinder top and bottom pucks keep popping out which I imagine decreases the integrity of the whole cylinder. That’s the only reason for the star deduction. Otherwise it’s a well made product.

Great product & Customer service
Our grandsons loved these Christmas gift boards. When there was a minor issue with one of them, the company reacted immediately and resolved the problem. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.

You can never have enough balence
Would be 5 but the caps fell off the pipe. Overall great balance board. Noticeable difference when I was dirtbiking riding slow technical single track. Excited to see how it helps for snowboarding
