Halloween is just around the corner and as we dust off our costumes and put out the candy, we thought we'd better put out the cupcake toppers too! Cupcakes are yummy all year round but they seem to take on a life of their own around Halloween. They make the perfect treat to hand out to trick or treaters, to classmates at school or at your annual costume party. Don't have any cupcakes? Use these toppers as food picks for your scariest snacks and party foods! About this item: ~ These delightfully spooky cupcake toppers are made out of some very special black cardstock that is covered in glazed stripes. ~ The stripes are raised and super glossy and look really cool in the light. ~ The tags are cut into fancy vintage inspired squares. ~ We took some parchment paper and made smaller tags featuring a witch flying on her broomstick into the night. The witch is made out of sparkly glitter orange cardstock. The edges of the parchment paper were distressed with charcoal gray chalk ink. ~ As a final touch, we painted a tiny yellow full moon. We carefully attached each finished tag to a wooden stick which we sharpened to a point. The sticks are concealed with a piece of black cardstock so these toppers will look good from the back as well as the front! ~You will receive a set of 12 toppers. ~Each stick is 5.5" tall and the tags are 1.75" by 1.75". In total the stick and the tag are about 6" by 1.75" (at its widest point). ~The size of these sticks can be altered with a pair of scissors if you'd like them to shorter or to vary the sizes.
