I do notice a decrease in my appetite. I will continue to take this for the next couple months to see if the decrease in appetite continues, especially around those more emotional times of the month. I subscribe to a fee-based website called ConsumerLabs.com and through their site you can check to see what vitamins and supplements they've tested and if they really have what they claim they have inside them. Well, gladly, the Genesis Today product "Passed" their testing and was recommended. I was glad because when I bought this brand it was just a wild guess. All I knew is it has the right words on the bottle! So I'm going to give this a few months and see if there's any real change that will make it worth it to continue taking this.

Works well with proper diet and exercise. Helps speed metabolism and lose weight. Drinking a lot of water also helps.

This helps keep my blood sugar and blood pressure under control. Blood pressure medicine alone wasn't completely working. It also helps very slowly with weight.
