Delicious no bloating(if you’re gluten intolerant)
Perfect flour for making bread or anything else I suppose but since it’s from France, it’s a better quality(and a different type of wheat). I had no bloating or gluten issues with this one. And it’s delicious.

Gluten free Flour
This flour is so much better than anything you can get at the grocery store. Gluten free , any baked goods are very flaky . It is worth the cost.

Low gluten
This flour is really fine, like sifted flour. I use this for cottage cheese bagels!

Works well for my gluten free friend
I have a friend who has to stay away from traditional flour as it does not agree with her digestion. She uses this flour instead and does not have any problems. I bought this to be able to make baked goods for her. I felt it worked well in the different applications I used to for baked goods. I would have to experiment more with sourdough baking though as I did have trouble with timing as it rose when I made a traditional sourdough loaf and ended up over proofing the loaf I made. I think it just would require different timing than I was used to with traditional flour.

Flour had insects
This is the second time I ordered this product. The first time was fine, but the second time the flour had tons of very small insects. I tried to return it, but Amazon states it’s not returnable, so I lost my money.

Stunning results
I made a tried and true recipe of brioche rolls for the first trial of this flour. It turned out a very soft dough that needed nearly half a cup more flour to reach a consistency ready for the first rise. After punching down it was again quite sticky, so I tried not to add any more than was necessary to turn it out into a ball and place in a greased bowl for overnight rising. This morning at 4:30 I did the shaping and last proofing. By 6:00 this flour produced the most beautiful, airy, incredible rolls. The texture is velvety, the rise is 25% higher, and the flavor is perfect. I'm going to stock Francine Farine from now on!

Usually major digestive issues
Found out I can't consume gluten after trying the keto diet and then food isolation when I fell off keto. I take prebiotics often to help with coss contamination pains. A friend told me her friend has celiac and eats this flour. Fast forward I buy the flour and wait for Thanksgiving when I have PTO (a week) and I make yeast rolls. I stopped taking my gluten aide prebiotic days ago, and ate two rolls last night before bed. This morning I feel great. I feel great .I FEEL GREAT! American food 😞. If you can take PTO like me; to give yourself time to heal if you get sick, then I say try it. OMG I can bake again. I hope they offer pasta. I really don't want to make it from scratch all the time. 14 hours in and I think my life just changed.
