I HONESTLY believe it helps promote hair growth. I believe you need to keep using this product to get the full benefits

I'd actually give this a 2.5 if that option was available because it has strengthened my fingernails and they're growing twice as fast as they used to. But I wasn't taking it for my fingernails. In three months, there has been no difference in my hair's volume. There's no new hair coming in. I'm still finding more than a dozen strands in my hairbrush every morning. The growth (1/4" in length per month) is the same as it was before I started taking the supplement. I'm very disappointed that three months' worth of time produced no improvement in my hair. Apparently this supplement and me are not a good combination. I truly hope it works better for other people.

I have hair growing where I haven't had hair in years. I take two tablets a day and started seeing new growth in about 2-3 weeks.

Didn't notice any change.
