Tastes good
I substituted the egg with 60ml sparkling water to make it vegan and it worked great and tasted good. I like that it already contains the oil, you only need to add water (and an egg). Quite hard to actually distribute the batter evenly between the 12 cases when scraping from a bowl but the quantity is correct.
