These replacement filters for Brita or Brita-like water pitchers/dispensers work as well as the name-brand ones. I can't tell a difference in the taste of the water vs. other filters. They fit perfectly. They make a big difference in the taste of tap water, which is rather awful-tasting where I live. Our water tastes great. We fill our Brita a few times a day, so we give the filters a workout. These filters save us money on top of the money we save by not buying bottled water. Also, we can feel good about not creating a mountain or island of plastic bottles.
