Nerf Rival Dead Pool Kronos XVIII-500 Dual Pack

This Rival Deadpool nerf guns are the worst. I purchased this item during April for my son's birthday on June (ahead of time-due to the pandemic delays). When he opened his $100 gift, it was defective, the guns are stuck, you can't load them or shoot with them. When I contacted San Marco Toys, twice, they never responded and amazon couldn't give me a refund because I ordered on April but opened the item on June 26, therefore I noticed the defective item on June 26, 3 months after the purchased. I understand amazon's excuse but I do not accept San Marco Toys ignoring my messages. I even have photos, that the guns are brand new in perfect condition, but they are defective from factory. My son never played with this "waste of money toy" and I never got my $100 for a toy that doesn't work. I will never ever buy from San Marco Toys and they have the worst customer service ever. First negative experience on amazon, and I've a amazon customer since they started selling books. Shame on Sam Marco Toys

Seriously! do i need to tell you? these dual Dead Pool guns are awesome! they are very stylish and pack a hell of a punch, easy to load and they don't jam much at all. Got them for my son but i have kinda taken them over when it comes to us battling in the house. Also the most accurate Nerf gun i have ever used.

The graphics are ink that comes off on your hands. Guns work inconsistently. They either jam or totally lock up. I should have returned them before the window closed. Disappointed.

Though my son is delighted with the toys, and they work well, I was disappointed that it seems that the printing on the pistols for the 'Rival' name either didn't bake correctly, or something, as it smeared on both almost immediately after receipt with just a brush of fingers over the surface. Not what I would have expected from any of their other products we've purchased in the past, and the rest of the white printing seems fine, only the 'Rival' imprint is faulty. However, everything else was perfect and he was delighted with the typical witty comments on the interior packaging and the items themselves with Deadpool's usual attitude.

The product is a fun toy, but the paint rubs off, and the packing label was placed on the product box. A terrible packaging strategy for collector items like this one.
