Work great so far
I recently had mice ear the wires in my car so I was looking for a tool to keep them away without a difficult install. These are great because of the battery operation. I have been using them for a month now and have not had any more rodent intrusion. It was easy to install and setup.

Great for camping
We used these in our elk camp this year and they worked awesome! Our camp consisted of a wall tent, stove, cots, food and clothing totes, etc. In the past, we would always have mice visit the inside of our tent no matter how well we kept it clean, the longer we stayed, the braver they were! Our pick-ups.... that was another story! I hated coming home with mice nests in the engine compartment that weren't found until months down the road when doing maintenance. People that have had this experience know exactly what I'm talking about....Well forward to this season, we tried these devices in our truck engine compartment and tent and dam did they work well, no sign at all! I only gave the 'value for the money' 3 stars since 1 on the 2 devices was finicky... These will be used anytime I'm camping from now on!FYI- they worked just fine in 15 degrees F at nightThanks for reading!

So far they seem to work well
I just installed 2 of these on my truck, one under the hood and one by the rear axle/where the spare tire is mounted under the bed. The installation was easy with the provided zip-ties. I had massive issues with squirrels nesting in and under my truck so I hope these help deter the rodents. 4 stars so far because I will have to wait until dead winter to see if these devices really keep them away.

Save Your Money
After 1k damage by a rat to a '18 Subaru Outback , I carefully read the reviews and gave this product a shot. The first one was super easy to put the batteries into; the second one the screw holding the battery compartment cover was not functional and couldn't get it off. The product does not "cycle off" when the engine turns on or is running, and it also does not repel rats. I popped my hood with the fully device fully functioning, and found him happily chewing my wires again. Bounce dryer sheets and a tin with garlic powder, red pepper flakes and a few drops of eucalyptus oil has worked like a charm.

Zero complaints
We live in the country, so mice are a given. We have cats and a dog, so we don't want to use any kind of poison since our cats have gotten ahold of a couple of mice. If the mice are poisoned and the cat eat them, it would probably be too late for vet care before we realized what happened. Of course we take all the preventative steps we can like not leaving any pet or people food out, putting out pet safe mice deterrent, etc. There are baited snap traps all over the attic, basement, closets, etc. but mice would still sneak into the house. Even our pest control guy said that without poison baiting, it would be a constant battle since mice can get into a home through the teeniest openings and a house in a place where they have a lot of natural predators is a spot mice will seek out for safety. We live across from a nature preserve with several species of predator birds such as eagles and hawks as well as coyotes, foxes, and such. Before ordering, we had no idea if these would work or not. Based on online reviews and pest control blogs and websites, it's a toss-up as to whether or not electronic pest control actually works. These and a couple other electronic gadgets like this have been installed and on 24/7 throughout our house for about a month now, and since then the number of mice seen has gone from one (or heaven forbid, two) a week to zero. None. Nada. None in the traps, none caught by our cats and used as hacky sacks or worse brought to us in the middle of the night as a present. The ONLY thing that has changed is the addition of these electronic repellers. Our cats might be disappointed at the reduction in play toys, but we are not and neither is our pest control guy. When we set these up, he wasn't able to tell us if they'd work or not, but even he is impressed that after four/five weeks of having these, there has been a major reduction in mice even though it's freezing outside and the mouse population should have gone up inside as mice seek shelter from the weather. These units are easy to operate, and we set a reminder on the calendar to change out the batteries every five to six weeks. Our pets are not bothered by the lights or the frequency of noises put out through the speakers. They are small enough to be put almost anywhere, and are not intrusive in the least. So far they have been a massive help in our fight against Mickey trying to shack up rent free.

Doesn't seem to work that well
This doesn't seem to work that well as there were mice crawling around where I installed it. The batteries don't last that long either because of it being outdoors in different temps. Just buy some sticky traps or mouse poison.

They work!!!!
I live in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the middle of a rainforest. So we get critters mostly mice and possibly Chipmunks that like to go into my car's roof yes I said roof between the metal and the ceiling fabric part of the roof. All you hear is click click click click click click click and then on the other side click click click click click click click. And then of course one died in there awful awful smell. I have tried everything to get rid of them from the peppermint spray to heating the heat up as much as I can stand it cuz they don't like it to blasting the air conditioning to cranking the radio while I do that anyway cuz they supposedly don't like it none of that worked. So I decided to try these and give him a try haven't had anything in my car in more than a week. I highly recommend it.
