This is NOT an original Canon FX7 toner cartridge Seems to be a refurbished cartridge maybe. Would have sent back but so far it is compatible and working, but not sure how long the ink will last, so I'm giving it 2 stars. Thought I missed something in the description saying it was a refurbished, but after carefully reviewing the description I found the product description VERY deceiving and has FALSE INFORMATION that reads:Product descriptionCanon has poured all the Know How of its extraordinary history of developing innovative office machines into each of its copiers, printers, and networked office systems. We have 15+ year old faxes. They're robust :). We had two toners fail - black streaks.Very fast shipping. These were Branded NIB and not remanufactured toners. Can trust they will work and not fail.Thank you.

Does what I want it to do.

Definitely not "new" or Canon. This looks like a refill to me. The cartridge came in a plastic bag with no Canon box as shown in the product description. The Canon label is removed and there was toner on the cartridge as well. I should have known that this deal was too good to be true. My machine did accept the cartridge so hopefully it lasts a little while. I'll probably go back to buying from LD Products next time.
