Powerextra 7.2V 4000mAh XV-11 XV-12 Lithium Battery Compatible with Neato XV-11 XV-12 XV-14 XV-15 XV-21 XV-25, XV Essential, XV Signature Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaners

Bought these batteries to replace the old ones in our Neato XV-21. Previous sets were NiMH original, and original style batteries. The Lithium batteries last much longer, charge quickly, hold a charge longer than the NiMH, and are not much more expensive.My only complaint is the vacuum comes up with a Battery error 0002 fault after a few days of sitting at the charge station. You can press the "Okay" button and the vacuum will reboot to get past the error.Being tired of the fault and figuring it had to do with the batteries on board charge/discharge electronics, I tried putting a cheap timer on the charger plug set so power is off from Midnight to 6AM. No more 0002 fault.

I bought 2 sets of these at the same time. 1 set for my XV11 and 1 for XV Signature Pro. I installed, did the battery reset procedure to notify the robots that they had new batteries, then let them charge. 1 robot charged ok in about 4 hours, the other was still charging after 48 hours. I ran the robot that charged 1 time successfully , but then it would not charge either. Both say they are charging, the indicators on the screens are showing they are charging but the ring light never goes green. I even swapped the batteries between the robots and had the same issue. Both chargers have the correct voltage output, and I cleaned the docking bars on both stations and robots, but they still just sit there "charging" for days, never completing. I suspect it has to do with the smart charging system and lithium battery properties vs original design. 1 bad set I could believe, but both sets not working makes me think these sre not compatible with this series of robots.

These are easy to install and I've gotten no error messages BUT substantially longer run time. Incredible value to keep my Neato in service.

As others have experienced - charges for days but light stays orange so robot will not leave dock. Returning.

Gave 1 star on all features as the battery did not work with my bot-vac. Re-set the machine numerous times, but still kept getting an error message. Removed the batteries and returned them. Amazon is great about product returns.

Liked it quality and easy to install.
