Otherwise this chair is very comfortable and looks to be very well made
My only complaint is that the bucket sides on the seat pad are a little too narrow. Otherwise this chair is very comfortable and looks to be very well made.

Amazing Chair
Honestly really love this chair. the wheel are strong it feels really nice and two types of reclining helps out a lot to get in the right gaming angle. also the head pillow is a nice add. It comes with a lower back pillow as well i tried it once and took it off doesn't really work for me.

Five Stars, with some caveats.
I love this chair. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's great. The only bad part is that I've been sitting in my old chair, that this chair's proper sitting position has made my back hurt a little. But I'm sure I'll get used to sitting properly soon. One note: If you are a bigger (wider) guy like me I suggest spending the extra $100 to $150 for the Tank series. The seat is a little snug with the side parts that come up and if you have love handles the arms might bother you also.I am on a strict food plan (diet) for health reasons. For how much weight I have lost and still need to lose this chair will be great for me. I'm not horribly obese just "Fluffy" ( Gabriel Iglesias: I'm Not Fat... I'm Fluffy [Blu-ray ]). So for other "Fluffy" guys, look at the tank series also.

Most comfortable chair I've ever had
Edit October 2018: Not sure why this says I have a black and golden Valkyrie chair. Originally this review and page was for a blue DXRacer King Series model OH/KB57/NB. I know nothing about the Valkyrie.I've had this chair for almost 4 months now, and it's the most comfortable chair I've ever had. I use it between 2-12 hours a day, every day. Size-wise, being 5'7" and under 200lbs, DXRacer would recommend I be in a Formula or Racer series if I recall correctly, however I picked the King series as it is one of the few ones that allows me to sit cross legged on the actual chair. This fits perfectly for that. The back isn't a tight fit for my size, and it's not supposed to be, as this chair is for larger people than me, but I found this trade off in exchange for sitting cross legged to be worth it for me.The only con(s) I have are regarding the armrests. They are a little loose, in regards of angling back and forth, and as such squeak a little if you bump them. I could easily fix this if I didn't care about keeping them adjustable, but I do! Fortunately it's not too bad, and doesn't seem to be getting any worse from day 1 onwards. (Edit 2017: Broke in summer 2017, replaced with warranty)The second con with the armrests is that they are very hard. If, for whatever reason like I do occasionally, you rest your elbow on them more than your forearm, it can quickly become painful.I can't comment on DXRacer's warranty or customer service, as I've luckily not had any issues, but this is probably something I should have, and would be smart, to look into before purchasing such an expensive chair.Overall, I highly recommend this chair.Edit: Nov 10, 2017. I can now comment on the warranty, unfortunately. I've had two issues on this chair within the last few months. The first, both my armrests completely snapped, and were barely hanging on. I contacted DXRacer through their subreddit, and was told it was a known design flaw for this model, and to request a replacement part through the reseller. I contacted Newedge through Amazon, and they got back to me within minutes, and immediately ordered me replacement armrests. I had them within a week or so-fantastic! The new kind I have feel MUCH sturdier than the thin ones I had previously. The second issue (recent) has to do with the gas lift cylinder. My chair doesn't stay at the height I set it at. If I lean forward, or lean back, it drops a little. Overnight it will drop from max height, to minimum height without anyone sitting on it. Again, I contacted Newedge, the reseller here on Amazon, and within minutes, I was told new parts had been ordered to be sent to me direct from DXRacer's warehouse. This happened a day ago, so I haven't received them yet, but I'm expecting it to be resolved with the new parts within the next week or two. This chair is still very comfortable, and the warranty is great, but I am dropping my review down to 4 stars instead of 5, simply because the warranty was needed on such an expensive chair. Due to these two issues happening within 6~ months remaining of the warranty, I'm a little nervous on how it'll last once the warranty's up. A 5'7", 165lb adult shouldn't be so easily breaking a chair meant for 6'+ tall, 250lb+ people, just by sitting in it every day for a few hours.

Football player fit
I have a 17 year old 6'2" 250 football player. He snapped about 4 of the other office chairs. Mostly where the back of the chair attached to the seat. Well I had enough of that. Those Staples, Costco, Walmart chairs cost me 300. each time. So I had to find him something made out of steel not plastic. This chair is a beast. I'm relieved it will hold up and he can take it off to college. He loves it. He didn't want me to spend the money but honestly I'm saving money from buying the plastic ones.

Best chair I've ever bought
I used to have major back problems from using a desktop computer for long periods of time sitting on the edge of a bed, but after buying this chair, no longer. It's very comfortable, I usually sit in it for 2-8 hours a day and I don't usually have any soreness/pain any more. It is a little heavy, but assembly isn't that complicated. I was too short for the base model and this one was supposedly made for my height. Cleaning isn't too difficult either, most stuff wipes right off with a little soap and water. Honestly glad I ended up with one of these, it made life so much better for me.

Can Hold 300LB of Prime Grade A....
Best office chair I've ever had. Only thing I'd change is the arm rests. They are adjustable but not lockable, so every time I push on them they move all over the place, in out left and right.I'm over 300lb of hubba hubba hunk and it holds me just fine.
