The very best light i have ever used.
Someone broke into our garage and stole my light, along with a number of other items. I bought another light just like the one i had.

Awesome but painful price.
I love this light the Leds are bright the height and adjustment are awesome. It stores great and opens in a snap. Produces excellent light and Quality. I already have done many projects with it. From finishing retaining walls in the dark to painting and wiring in the attic for ceiling fans. Its lightweight enough but still feels solid like a tank, and very portable. Really easy to open and very stable once you open the legs up. Seems to be made out of some sort of fiberglass/plastic polymer. I guess you don't realize how nice it is not to have to DRAG cables through attics or the yard. Battery lasts forever. I guess you really do get what you pay for sometimes and this product delivers. Now for the two things that really suck...Number one: The PRICE....It's ExpensiveNumber Two: The light is sold Baretool only!!! No battery+charger buying option. I was like come on...Really...Cut us a break by selling in a Combo pack...Not everyone owns Milwaukee tools. At least take a little of the edge off of getting into Milwaukee products.I have all Dewalt tools, no Milwaukee...so I was like DOH. Now I have to buy a Battery on top of the cost of the light....Yikes 100 dollars or so for the battery+charger and you it is wise to buy bigger battery.Yes, it's expensive but the quality is good and it is great for the busy home owner that winds up finishing projects at 10 pm at night. I find myself pulling it out on projects that it is nice to have the extra light but wouldn't normally do if I had to setup a extension cord and light.

Honestly, this thing is awesome. So well designed that it does not tip over with legs closed up. With legs extended, it is rock solid. Lots of light.

Nice design, cheap parts.
Nice design, cheap parts. The clamps that hold the extension pole are made of plastic and break. Customer service is in no hurry to get back to me.They changed the design on a newer model, the newer model is not great for drywall work.

Most convenient stand light I've ever owned
Overall I'm quite please with this light. The first one I received however I had to return because one of the latches that supports the extension pole was broke. No damage to the packaging, so I was a bit suspicious as to why it was broke. I'm hoping it was just a fluke and not an issue with poor design or cheap materials. But the convenience of moving this light around and its quick fold up in of itself make this a well thought out tool. Plenty of light for an LED. My 4 star rating is based on the (out of the box) broken latch, so I'm still a bit cautious at this point. If it hadn't been for that I'd say hands down this is a 5 star piece of equipment. Remember, don't expect this to light up an entire room. But when working in a specific location this light is plenty adequate - especially when the power is off. For HVAC and Electricians - this light is a MUST! P.S - If/When Milwaukee ever releases their 9.0 Ah battery, this light will be the perfect use for it.
