It is a lower end product but it works. It is just what I wanted
It is a bargain priced item but it works. However you usually get what you paid for

Great piece but very big!!
Just wanted to share this photo for any divers on the petite side so you’re aware that you might not be able to carry it on your wrist! Still a solid piece of gear but I’ve got it tightened to the last hole so I’ll probably have to keep it elsewhere

It Works
Most of the time, it works. I have to occaisionally thwap it a few times to get it to start functioning. I use this for general daylight hours, commercial activity. Hookah diver, shell harvester. I don't need to navigate, I just need to know which way the wind is pulling my boat, so I have general idea which way I'm heading. Most of the time it works well enough for that. Thwap!Yes, I know to hold it up level to read it. Thwap!

Good Dive Compass
Good Dive Compass for the price...I had purchased one identical to this one from a SCUBA Shop in my area and paid twice the price. I am using that one as a backup on my Depth Gage Hose. I am self taught on Underwater Navigation and I used this one to navigate a couple hundred yards in a quarry and did fine during my self training. I came up exactly where I intended. Don't Pay Retail like I did the first time!

Garbage Wrist Compass – Dangerous and Useless for Diving
This wrist compass is an absolute joke. I bought it for scuba diving, and it's one of the worst pieces of gear I've ever used. The needle sticks constantly, making accurate navigation impossible.

Tough to see
You get what you pay for and I am quickly learning this in scuba diving. This is not very easy to read underwater. It’s dark and the #s are close together, which makes it tough. Shooting an azimuth is even more difficult because the case covers part of the #s. Dave your money and go top of the line.

Get me home in zero vis!
I use this for megalodon teeth diving off the west coast of south Florida. Unlike the east coast, digging around in gravel and silt bottom is a 2 foot vis business. High visibility, big dial, tough and accurate. Gets me out and allows me to navigate every kinda geometry possible with no problem. A bargain .

Can't beat it for the price
For the money this is a really nice compass. Very easy to read in murky waters and will glow in dark water. The bezel has very distinct markings for the lubberline. If the compass isn't level, the dial locks in place.
