Really well made and comfortable!! The Velcro is hidden in a nice way and the fabric is good quality as well as hemmed.

It wasnt as poofy as i thought but still a nice collar. It was also a bit to clean for my clown, so i boiled coffee to stain it and it was perfect!

it's a decent collar for pennywise but for 20 dollars I was expecting it to be more like the picture. I don't know why companies do this, and they are notorious for doing the same bait and switch with masks too. Stop fooling us you're just compelling us to return items. I ended up keeping this because it was good quality and did the job but it just doesn't look as ruffled if that makes sense.
