Perfect for your workout!!
Ordered this as a Christmas gift for my friend who is a fitness buff. She lives in Southern California and loves using it as part of her exercise routine. Band is strong, with good resistance. She said she "Loves working arms and legs! Uses it with yoga mat. & medicine ball. Perfect!!

I really love this booty band it doesn't move from your legs stays in one place. I do all kinds of workouts legs and booty without a problem.I'm really in love with it 💯 recomended

Extremely tight
Extremely heavy resistance. This is good for basically squat pulses only and even then it’s difficult and my legs are strong. It doesn’t have much stretch, and barely fits above my knees. I will say that the material is comfortable though and not elastic that pinches the skin.

Hard work but worth it!!
It is very tight. I have small legs so I can fit in it. My workouts were tougher with this band but I saw results a lot quicker.
