The direct descendant of our 1960s televised torture test survivors, today's Easy Reader is as durable as it is classically cool. Timex Men's Classic EZ Read Analog Silver Case Watch sports the enduring fine looks and construction that people have come to expect from the brand. The case and stationary bezel are made of silver-toned brass. Protected by a mineral window, the Indiglo-enabled black dial contains three silver-toned hands pointing to like-colored indices and Arabic numerals. Also on the face is a handy date display at the three o'clock position. The fine, smooth, black calfskin band connects with a buckle. The watch uses analog quartz movement to keep precise time is water resistant to 99 feet (30 meters). This timepiece is at home in any professional or social setting.

Very Nice, Simple, Casual: Timex Men's T2N370 Easy Reader Watch
I like simple and I like things that are worth their money. This quiet analog watch is worthevery penny I spent. You can't go wrong with simple.This Timex is encased in a simple silver case, mineral window, black face with white easy toread large numbers, second hand, Indiglo Night-light and a date window. It comes equippedwith a simple black smooth calfskin leather band that compliments the black face.Oh, and if you are so inclined you can take this simple utilitarian watch down to 99 feet ofwater and it allegedly will survive. Okay maybe only into the shower but this depends howmuch risk you are willing to take. Shower or 99 feet; your choice. ;)I can say, having purchased this item March 2011, that it is 'still ticking' and still accuratefrom day one. I have always relied on Timex for my time keeping needs. I still have my Seikogold watch, given to me at work for a 10 year anniversary, but the Timex is the watch I wearon a daily basis. The only thing I've replaced has been the 18mm wide leather band.I give this watch 5 stars because it performs well under office and exterior work conditionsand is reasonably priced. Oh, and did I say it is simply elegant for $25?------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE June 2015: This watch is still ticking and on time. I have been wearing it every daywithout a blip or problem. A great casual watch. I love it.UPDATE Aug 2017: Still going and no complaints; keeps perfect time.

Handsome minimalist watch!
I needed a simple, minimalist-designed watch that is reliable, yet not over-priced, and this fit the bill!This watch was worth every penny (if not more)This time piece has a simple polished silver-tone case that has a nice shine to it, giving the watcha nice, quality look to match its performance. It encases a black face with easy to read large whitenumbers. I needed a watch for my 82-yr old grandfather so this was ideal. Moreover the watch comeswith Indiglo night-light which further facilitates readability for older users at night and in darker areas. Mygrandfather was pleased with his feature because his old watch did not light up. Furthermore, it has adate window which he was enthusiastic about.As for the band, it's a simple smooth-designed black band that seems to be made of quality leather.However, it's thin in width so some may not like that look, as most men trends seem to encouragewider bands, However, this is personal taste so irrelevant to the quality of the band on this watch.I will be honest, when I first bought the watch, I was skeptical about it because it seemed too minimalist indesign. However, I took the gamble and bought it for my grandfather, who is not a flashy guy anyway,and was surprised with how handsome the watch is. The pictures on Amazon do it no justice and it is myopinion that it looks a lot better in person.It's a GREAT everyday watch! Best bang for your buck!

Good value, good durability, but minor flaws
I've had this watch since October 2015 and wear it nearly every day. The battery has yet to die, and the leather strap is a little bit worn, but still very much intact. The glow function is handy at night, and the watch overall feels comfortable and stylish. The face seems to be scratch-resistant and is easy to read.However, there are two annoyances that come with this. First is the ticking. It ticks surprisingly loudly, meaning if you don't sleep with a fan or other white noise, don't even have it in the room. Secondly, the date counter has thirty-one days, meaning that every month there are fewer than 31 days, you have to reset the time manually, which is a bit of a hassle, but not too bad unless it's no longer February. Overall, a good value.

Exceeded my expectations! Looks even better in person!
I originally bought this because I wanted a new watch, but was pretty much broke. This is probably one of the best watches for your money that you will find anywhere. Hands down! The numbers are perfect size for quick reading, the Indiglo light works perfect for dark rooms or if you are outside, the leather band can fit people with big or small wrists, and it honestly looks like it would have costed me $100. All my friends compliment me and when i said i paid $28 dollars they immediately ask me where I got it. The watch does make a tick noise, but you will not hear it unless you put your ear on the watch and try to listen for it. If you like leather watches you must buy this ASAP!

It's no Rolex, but if you're balling on a budget and your paycheck won't let you spend $100+ on a watch, then this is the one for you. I work in retail so my workdays change and I work on weekends and stuff, so sometimes I forget what day of the week/month it is, so it's nice having the little date thing on the face too. Personally I don't like all the bells and whistles and don't even know why people want a watch with 3 or 4 dials, so this one is just right for me.I wouldn't buy this watch if you're trying to impress someone who knows anything about watches, because it may be aesthetically pleasing (IMHO), but that other guy wearing the $400 watch is going to know you spent <$50.I WOULD buy this watch if you're a college student, a schoolteacher, an office worker, have kids, or anything else that puts you on a budget but you still need to know the time.It also lights up if you need to tell the time in the dark.

It's really looks great. I've made a good choice. I've been a bit surprised about the size, thinking will be a regular size. But this smaller size it's coming perfect on hand. Good price, has been delivered on time, no comment.

Schlicht, solid, preiswert
Die Uhr macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Ablesbarkeit ist super, durch die Beleuchtung auf Knopfdruck ("indiglo") auch nachts. Leicht einzustellen, das flache Glas ist gut geschützt, ausserdem ist der Preis für das Gebotene sehr günstig. Wenn sie so langlebig und solid gemacht ist wie meine letzte (ebenfalls günstige) Timex, die ich leider verloren habe, dann muss das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis als hitverdächtig eingestuft werden - ein Maximum an Uhr für ein Minimum an Geld.
