Well, I'm hooked. I drink 2 to 3 mugs of nighttime every evening. The perfect cup of tea before bed.

I've tried countless sleep aid teas and never really liked the taste of any of them, nor did they do ANYTHING for my sleep issues. THIS ONE ACTUALLY HELPS, AND IT TASTES GOOD!! I add a little Agave to an 8-ounce cup at night, sit it on my mug warmer, and enjoy (okay, sometimes I gulp!). This one stays in my "buy again" and I'm on my 4th box now. I use my Ambien less often now, too. So from someone that's incredibly picky, TRY THIS TEA - I think you'll be quite pleased!

very tasty for herbal tea..I've tried about 10 different herbal teas so far and like this one the best. tastes a bit like black licorice

This product is good, however these light boxes don't hold up well when placed in a soft envelope. Bixes were crushed. These should be shipped in a box.
