PosiSet Golf Club Counter Balance Weight

This product provides an 18 gram weight to be installed quickly and easily on a golf grip. It takes just seconds. This weight changes the balance point of a golf club, which, depending on the individual golfer, is a good thing or a bad thing. The great thing is that this product allows a person to try it easily. Yes, you will notice that the club swings differently, and it can help tempo and transition. 18 grams is a middle point for counter balancing, so you can test to see if you like it or not. It helps me. I noticed better transition immediately, and that helped improve ball speed,As you can see, the weight extends beyond the golf grip. So it is easily visible, which is certain to raise questions from your buddies. It's kind of ugly, to be honest. I look at PosiSet as a testing platform for a more permanent and less visible solution like 'Tour Lock,' which requires more cost and installation. You can reuse PosiSet over and over with different clubs and shafts to see if you like it. If so, then invest in back weighted grips or something else.This product is inherently neither good or bad in so far as golf performance goes. Some people will notice a big, positive change. Others will not see anything different, and maybe even negative results. It is NOT the product's fault. It simply has a different effect for different people's swing and equipment. So it is worth a try for $20 or so.

The quickest way to get feel and touch in your clubs...along with practice my game is changing for the better. Chipping,full irons, and off the tee. It is making the difference from an occasional OK shot, to "great shot man!" Believe me this sure beats my old homemade effort to back weighting my clubs and so much more consistent. Plus on the few clubs I prefer not to back weight from time to time, no issue...easy on, easy off. Thank you Greenkeepers...Ken Knieling.

They seem to function perfectly and adhere well to the grip. Their appearance is regrettable.

Piece of junk. Installed 13; 4 remain, others disappeared. If you buy this, you are nuts! This is my first negative review I have ever sent anyone. Amazon should not carry this product. What an incredible waste of money.

Quick and easy to install

Add the perfect amount of weight. And it stays on the club yet is easy to install and remove to try on other clubs as well!

I immediately noticed the feel difference. The results of making me aware of 'awaiting a momentum change' at the top of my back-swing has led to more consistent contact and accuracy. A side benefit is increased consciousness of swing timing and balance. I especially like the feature: instead of buying/installing a grip (as seen in the add for a tip-weighted grip in a golf magazine), I can move the weights to my favored grips each year instead of buying their grip. FYI: I am a senior with a 16 handicap.
