Borghese Virtuale Flawless Foundation SPF 15

When i was in my 20s we had a Broghese counter in the Parisian department store where I worked. One day, the Borghese rep came up to my department and just summoned me. I thought "What in the world doe she want? We aren't friends!" But we became friends after she exposed me to this!!! She sat me down at her counter and told me that this was a new foundation, and she knew all the black girls with pretty complexions (light complexion... I live in the South) will buy it if they see it on me. She was right! So many girls (not just black) were amazed at how "flawless" my skin looked. I looked like Halle Berry going to the Oscars... my skin was luminous and every blemish just faded away. I couldn't believe it. I instantly bought a jar. I didn't wear foundation a lot then because my skin was very clear and pretty flawless without i, so usually just moisturized and put on a little blush and that was it. Ten years later, my skin is still great, but i do wear foundation more for work, nights on the town, etc. I was wearing Nars sheer glow, Makeup forever HD, Stila... Nothing made my skin look that great. Then I went on a beauty website and saw this advertised. hadn't thought of it in years. i'm so glad i found it!!! The Borghese counter is long gone and it's more expensive on other sites. This was a true blessing. It still matches my skin perfectly, still the same skin perfectign formula. It even smells the way i remembered. Nothing has changed and i hope they NEVER change it. best foundation ever.

I did like this makeup once I figured out how to use it. It goes on pasty. I am fair complected and the latte was still too light for my skin. You have to work with it more so than any other foundation I have tried other than pancake. I use it as a backup and will not repeat this purchase. It went on pastey and had to be blended and then repeated several times before I achieved a desireable finish...not flawless but desireable.

I love this makeup. It looks flawless. However it took a long time to find the perfect color for me. I am light medium to medium with very light yellow undertones. Latte is way to light and very pink, Biscotto is also way to light and pink. Bisque is a pretty good color but still to light but looks ok with bronzer over it. Almondine is perfect...no pink undertone. I use a small amount...it blends perfectly. I hope this helps anyone who is having problems with the color. Bisque is the most neutral but too light for us olive girls.

I used to LOVE THIS PRODUCT.........My Favorite...........When it arrived it looked liked it had been tampered with? I opened the little jar and there was no covering or anything directly over the Foundation....The Lid was messy too. Too me it looked like one that had been returned and somehow Got Sent to Me. I sure am disappointed..........Of course I am returning it? It may be awhile before I order Foundation again. I hope in the future Amazon will check there merchandise before sending it to someone.

It is a nice product. However, I found the color (though wearable) too dark for my complexion. It is a liquid and I'm partial to creams, which tend to remain in place longer. Would recommend if it can be matched with skin tone, adequate for coverage.

I love this foundation. I have gone back to using Borghese products. Thought I would try this foundation based on the reviews. It is an excellent foundation - the coverage is really good and you don't need very much. I did have a little break out on my skin and I think that was due to using too much at first. A little goes a very long way - it just melts into your skin. I love the color and it matches my skin perfectly.

I love this line of skincare, so I was really wanting to try the makeup line as well, but it's almost impossible to find in a store. It was hard ordering this online and having to guess at the color, but I ordered Almondine, and although it had a slightly more yellow base than I'm used to, it was a fairly good match.I used it for a week, and loved the look when I first put it on, but it became a bit too oily for me (I have combination skin) and had a tendency to slide off my face as the day wore on.Fortunately, Amazon is letting me return the unused portion for a full refund!!

Just what it used to be but even better: luxurious full cover without a heavy, mask -like appearance. My husband does not like a "made-up" look and is quick to criticize if he is displeased, and he doesn't complain about very much, so I know if he says something negative I need to pay attention! But every time I wear this foundation he just says I look beautiful. No breakouts, no drying, no oily patches - PERFECT!
