I recently purchased a police bagpacksand while the product itself meets my expectations, the packaging left much to be desired. The box arrived slightly damaged, and the product inside wasn't securely packed. This caused some minor scratches on the surface, which was disappointing. I would suggest the company invest in better packaging materials to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the poor packaging definitely took away from the experience.
