3X DORGARD BLK AUTO FIRE Door Closer AR/E-DG2000-B by FIRECO

I paid £89 for this last year off Amazon. It was the cheapest I could find anywhere. Easy to install - 4 screws for floor plate and 4 screws for door - and works perfectly. Sensitivity can be adjusted easily if noise in the environment is an issue that may keep triggering the release. I notice they're significantly more expensive now. Just wish I had bought a few more for the future at the price I got this one for :-)

Help Needed. I purchased this, it was delivered Monday, easy to install. We have several in the building already, but Amazon was cheaper than the local firm.However - I have an odd dilemma, everyday it 'goes off' at 15:50 and closes the door - any ideas???Or do you think it is faulty!

Standard Dorguard - we have several in our company. Main problem is the phillips screw that holds the battery case shut - the head frequently goes, so you can't get the screw out and the batteries are dead. Keeps the company in business!

Very impressed with this. We use it every day in our offices. Reacts instantly to any high pitched sounds. When the fire alarms were tested recently it closed straight away.

Looks good, couldn't get it to work, perhaps its deaf?

great item easy to install arrived next day

Have install 100,s of these over the years and they work just fine. Cheap alternative to hard wiring a magnetic door release.

I am really pleased with these fire door closers. They are easy and non invasive to install and certainly respond in the event of a fire alarm test. A very straightforward product.
