So I have tried my hand at vinyl a few times now..bath panel..cupboards etc and after doing my kitchen cupboards i desperately wanted a new worktop. Was initially too scared to do it myself so thought i would get a quote for someone professional to wrap it. The quote was £800 so i thought i would give it a go myself first. So glad i did! Its slightly thicker than normal dc fix and a lot stickier !! But it was easier than i thought and made my kitchen look completely different!! Amazing difference for not a lot of money.. give it a go if you dont like you can just pull it off again but i am a definite convert !

Absolutely lovely product. The design is perfect. Everyone thats come round has thought its been done professionally with real wood! I'm so happy with it. Came on time and easy to use. Easy for me anyway. I use fablon on anything I can wrap. Those saying its not easy, is right, if you're not used to using this. The first time I used fablon on the worktop I messed up but it wasn't the product it was me. It needs practise. This time round I fit it prefect. You'll need to watch some tutorials before you start, if you're not confident using fablon. Also, get yourselves a hot air gun. Its a must if you want perfect edges. Will be purchasing again when I find more furniture to fablon on to!

Product okay. Customer service horrendous.

We revamped our kitchen on a budget, had new doors and drawers. Afterwards we decided we wanted to change the worktops.This stuff is brilliant. It looks a lot better installed than on the roll. It can be a little tricky to cut around the sink, hob, etc. so my advice is to watch videos, plan, go slow, stop if unsure and check what you are doing. Do not rush it. Do use a hairdryer and the tool to smooth it out is better than a credit card. Luckily we had a couple that came with some window film.It’s been in place some time now, the adhesion is brilliant, it hasn’t lifted, it cleans well too. As for its heatproof abilities, we use the large Ikea boards that overhang the worktop edges, which match the butchers block brilliantly. We would definitely purchase again.

Really loved this product,I found it super easy to apply, the adhesive was good, I've had it on now for 2 months and it's still like new!Did my whole kitchen, and will absolutely recommend.

My friend couldn’t believe this was a vinyl wrap because it looks so natural. I did it on my own, it was pretty tricky but it can be done. The hardest part was doing around the sink, you’re meant to take it out but I just cut a hole where the sink was and managed to lay it down. Took about 2 hours. You’ll need a Stanley knife to cut around edges. Don’t need a squeegee if you’re careful and start laying at one edge.

Changed ugly green/black counter in utility into a lovely light and bright worktop. Has totally changed the room. Now matches my kitchen. So easy to use. Not an air bubble in sight. I would definitely buy this again. Go for it!

Nice, but thin and hard to work with, way to many orange tones in this for me so will be changing,
