Universal products are solid, great quality. These went down easy and did the job.

i have tried many zma brands, and many supplements, but universal nutrition has not once ever let me down, and this one is no exception.

I've been taking supplements for 20 years. I can count on one hand the ones that truly work in a positive way.. ZMA is one of them. Its true if you eat well you get all of these nutrients, however theres a clear benefit when taking this supplement before bed. I'm a guy who struggles to sleep, and when i neglect taking this it will take me an extra hour to fall asleep. There are supposed testosterone benefits as well, but i'd say thats a dubious claim as no one is getting huge off of this.Its a cheap supplement that is great for sleep and a safe nutrient combination to take.

ZMA is a pretty common supplement and it used to be cheaper, but since someone let it slip that if taken correctly it will naturally increase a male's production of testosterone, the jig is up and everyone has increased their prices from single to double digits. $15 any where else including a certain bodybuilding website and a certain supplement store with three letters in its name usually sell for a bit more. This product helps with sleep and recovery.

Zma has always been a great product for me. I finally got my mind straight and started taking it again recently and I can certainly tell a difference in my sleep and mood once I wake up. Universal itself is one of my favorite and most trusted brands. I used multiple stacks through them before and I'm seriously considering looking at my options again. I would sponsor with this brand so quick with how much I believe in their products.

This is a zinc supplement that helps with rest and recovery. I did find that it helped make me sleepy, but I did not notice that it helped keep me asleep through the night. I toss and turn a lot during the night and usually wake up at least a couple of times. I noticed that I tossed and turned and woke up just as much during the night while I was taking this as I did when I was not. I think it is worth trying to see how it works for you, but if it does not do anything other than make you sleepy, then you may want to just skip it and go with something else.
