Jabra ECLIPSE Wireless Bluetooth Headset (Renewed)

This is fantastic. Volume is good and clear. I like that the holder charges the ear bud. It has a nice app with configuration settings. When my phone rings I take it out of the holder and it powers on and picks up the call. Its nice as I don't have to leave it in my ear all day. I have other types of blue tooth buds and this one is my favorite. Its light and easy to use. The ONLY issue I have is sometimes when im trying to put in it my ear when the phone is ringing, touching the back hangs up the call. I have found how to handle it so this doesn't happen. I use this for my home office, works great.

I was not a fan of this headset. The main reason i'm giving it a poor review, is after about 5 days of use, the call quality dropped dramatically. The first few days i was really excited about the Jabra, and enjoyed it's sleek shape and design. After a couple days i noticed people starting to ask me to repeat myself a lot. By the fifth day no one could understand / hear me. They asked me if i was on speaker phone or my phone was broken. This was my second "Certified Refurbished" headset, and i think i won't purchase refurb electronics again.

Horrible. Everyone I talk to says the background noise is unberable and if the room I am in is quiet enough, I sound like I am in a tunnel.Having to carry around the dock to charge it in is a pain as well. I like to turn off my headsets when not in use. You cant. The only way to turn it off is to place it in the dock. You also cant remove it from the dock one handed without shaking it.Bottom line, save your money here. Get the Stealth. Great headset.

This device was a cool idea, but ultimately it's too expensive even at this refurbished rate.The mic quality was great. Wind and noise were always filtered out so that whomever I was speaking with could hear me perfectly.It was comfortable and light and minimally dorky looking ;)The charging pod was small and handy, but collected a ton of dust.I had to wear the biggest earbud (as I do with most brands), but the size of the bud made it slightly difficult to get the device in and out of the pod.Battery life was kind of a bummer. It was as advertised, but I guess I didn't realize how cumbersome it would be to have to be putting the device in and out of the pod all day.Ultimately, I sold this and bought a pair of bluetooth headphones with more features and battery life...for the same price!

The head set It’s not holding the charge I’ve tried charging it directly when I’m charging the battery port and I’ve charging the battery port with out the head set the battery port it’s holding the charge but the head set after completely charged it tells me please recharge head set after 10 to 15min. of using it and probably after 20min. or so it turns off. I like this model but never had this problem before, please let me know what we can do about it Thank you

The item is perfect, high quality and very easy to use. The only comment i would suggest is to work on the packaging as I have received the item in a plastic paper and I would appreciate if you have a special box for it

I love this bluetooth so much that I bought a second one. One for the house another for my truck. Sound is awesome when talking especially in loud places. Music sounds awesome. I can go outside and still be connected.

I charged the headset and connected it to my I-phone, it worked for about ten (10) minutes. The next time i tried to use it, it would not work, so I contacted Jabra for advice. There Responce was "Dear Thomas,Thank you for contacting Jabra Support.I apologize for this inconvenience with your Jabra unit. In this case if you are referring to the Ebay Eclipse unit you will need to refer back to the retailer as the warranty does not apply to used units. We can only replace faulty units within the 1 year warranty coverage.Keep in mind for the Jabra unit to be charged no more than 2 hours and only when the battery is low, these are recommendations I would like to give you regarding charging.SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE UNIT IS JUNK!!!!Tommy Levitt
