The battery will fit in a space with the following dimensions 7" wide, 11" long and 7 and a half inches in height.

Does this battery claim to be sealed?

Not sure if it’s claimed, but looks like it to me. I had to remove two tiny bungs (to uncover small air vents I guess.) after I unpacked it.

Does the battery come fully charged

It comes charged. It took less than hour to Be fully charged on a 5Amp trickle charger
